Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Durchführen eines im Zusammenhang mit einer Flugbuchung bei einer Fluggesellschaft stehenden Check-In-Vorgangs eines Nutzers in Flughäfen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausführung der Flugbuchung von einem Nutzer (N) mittels eines mobilen, drahtlos kommunizierenden Kommunikationsendgeräts (WID-N) vorgenommen wird, daß von seiten der für den Flug zuständigen Fluggesellschaft der Check-In-Vorgang mittels einer Bake (B) vorgenommen wird, die mit dem Kommunikationsendgerät des Nutzers drahtlos in Kommunikationsverbindung stehen kann und diesem von der Fluggesellschaft über deren Server (FGS) und einen damit in Verbindung stehenden Reiseplanungsserver (RPS) angebotene Dienste zur Verfügung stellt, die in einem Betriebssystem mit standardisierter Architektur realisiert sind, die es ermöglicht, einen Anbieter von Diensten mit Teilnehmern über ein gemeinsames Netzwerk zu koppeln, daß der Server der Fluggesellschaft an den Reiseplanungsserver ein Dienst-Objekt überträgt, das einen Check-In-Dienst enthält, daß der Reiseplanungsserver (RPS) diesen Dienst in seinen Look-Up-Service (LUS) einträgt und ihn dem Kommunikationsendgerät des Nutzers durch Übertragung im Wege über die Bake zur Verfügung stellt, daß das Check-In-Dienstangebot vom Kommunikationsendgerät (WID-N) des Nutzers (N) in Reichweite der drahtlosen Übertragung empfangen und in seinen Look-Up-Service (LUS) eingetragen wird, und daß nach Feststellung der Möglichkeit eines Check-In-Vorgangs durch das Kommunikationsendgerät und dementsprechender Mitteilung an den Nutzer sowie nach einer vom Nutzer erfolgten Annahme des Check-In-Angebots das Dienst-Objekt von der Bake auf das Kommunikationsendgerät übertragen wird und dort verfügbar ist, so daß das Kommunikationsendgerät mit seiner Software den Dienst dann direkt invokieren und verwenden kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Übertragung des einen Check-In-Dienst enthaltenden Dienst-Objekts vom Server (FGS) der Fluggesellschaft an den Reiseplanungsserver (RPS) eine Anweisung dahingehend verknüpft wird, diesen Check-In-Dienst auf verschiedenen Baken zur Verfügung zu stellen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung einer Funkbake als Bake (B) die Kommunikationsverbindung zwischen dieser Bake und dem Kommunikationsendgerät (WID-N) eines Nutzers (N) über Kurzstreckenfunk vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kurzstreckenfunk der Funkübertragungsstandard "Bluetooth" verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Reiseplanungsserver (RPS) und dem mobilen Kommunikationsendgerät (WID-N) eines Nutzers (N) zusätzlich eine Funkverbindungsmöglichkeit besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zusätzliche Funkverbindungsmöglichkeit entsprechend dem GSM-System (GSM) vorgesehen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Flughafenpersonal (P) ebenfalls ein Kommunikationsendgerät (WID-P), das mit einer drahtlos arbeitenden Signalkommunikationsmöglichkeit ausgestattet ist und mit der Bake (B) drahtlos kommunizieren kann, zur Verfügung gestellt wird, daß dieses Kommunikationsendgerät den Status eines Flugzeugs anzeigt und daß hierfür vom Server (FGS) der Fluggesellschaft im Wege über den mit der Bake verbundenen Reiseplanungsserver (RPS) ein besonderer weiterer Dienst bereitgestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bake (B) derart in einem Flughafen-Raum angebracht wird, daß mehrere Nutzer zugleich bedient werden können.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch eine Anbringung der Bake (B) an der Decke der Abflugabfertigungshalle eines Flughafens.
- Verwendung eines einen Funk- oder Infrarotanschluß aufweisenden Smartphones, PDAs (Persönlicher digitaler Assistent; Personal Digital Assistant) oder Palmtops als drahtlos kommunizierendes, mobiles Kommunikationsendgerät (WID-N, WID-P) beim Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
