Abstract
Bei einem Spinnrotor werden die nicht zu beschichtenden Bereiche des Rotortellers (2) mit einer Abdeckschicht (7, 8) versehen, die nach der Beschichtung des Rotortellers (2) mit einer verschleiss- und spinntechnisch geeigneten Schicht, vor oder während der Endbearbeitung des Rotortellers (2) wieder entfernt wird. Es werden also nur diejenigen Bereiche des Rotortellers (2) mit einer Beschichtung versehen, die im Betrieb einem erhöhten Verschleiss ausgesetzt sind und an die spinntechnisch besondere Anforderungen, beispielsweise hinsichtlich der Oberflächenbeschaffenheit, gestellt werden. Durch die erfindungsgemässe Verfahrensführung ist keine gesamthafte galvanische Beschichtung des Rotortellers mehr erforderlich. Auf Wachsmasken und dergleichen Hilfmittel kann verzichtet werden. Die Entfernung der Abdeckschicht erfolgt vor oder während der Endbearbeitung des Rotortellers (2). Als Abdeckschicht kommen ein Lack auf Basis organischer Filmbildner oder eine wiederverwendbare Kunststoffabdeckung (7, 8) zur Anwendung.
