Claims (7)

  1. Lifting apparatus for the rectilinear movement of a handling means which can be moved vertically in particular and can be displaced horizontally by way of a trolley as a moveable carrying apparatus, having a lifting beam which can be displaced longitudinally on at least one parallel longitudinal member with the aid of a drive means and on which the handling means can be fastened directly or via intermediate elements,
    characterized in that a guide rail (7) running parallel to the lifting beam bears the lifting beam (8) and can be displaced longitudinally in a freely running manner, with the aid of the drive means, in carriages (5) which are spaced apart one behind the other,
    in that there are provided two parallel longitudinal members (1) which are located in a common plane, are arranged with an interspace (2) left between them, are connected transversely to one another in a flexurally rigid manner via at least one connecting element and can be fastened on a stationary or displaceable carrying apparatus,
    in that the carriages (5) are arranged in the interspace (2) and fastened on the connecting element,
    in that longitudinal grooves behind which sliding blocks (4) can engage are formed on the lifting beam (8) and on the two longitudinal members (1), in order for the connecting element, the drive means and the carrying apparatus to be fastened on the longitudinal members (1), and for the guide rail (7) to be fastened on the lifting beam (8), in a desired longitudinal position in each case.
  2. Lifting apparatus according to Claim 1,
    characterized in that the lifting beam (8) and the longitudinal members (1) are designed as extruded aluminium profiles with a square or rectangular cross section.
  3. Lifting apparatus according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the carriages (5) are guided by recirculating balls.

    characterized in that the connecting element is a metal plate.
  5. Lifting apparatus according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the drive means is a cable balancer (13) of which the cable (15) is fastened at the bottom free end of the lifting beam (8).
  6. Lifting apparatus according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the intermediate element (3) is a horizontal member designed as an aluminium profile and is fastened on the lifting beam (8), using sliding blocks (4), by means of a load-moment support which is rigid in relation to bending moments.
  7. Lifting apparatus according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that stops which limit the lifting distance of the lifting beam (8) and can be fastened by means of sliding blocks (4) are provided on the longitudinal members (1).
