Description
- la figure 1 est une vue de dessus d'un cutter selon l'invention,
- la figure 2 est un vue en élévation latérale du cutter de la figure 1,
- la figure 3 est une vue de dessus d'un type de lame conventionnelle utilisable avec le cutter,
- la figure 4 est une vue agrandie en coupe suivant la ligne IV-IV du cutter de la figure 1, et
- la figure 5 représente le cutter de la figure 4 en position d'ouverture du logement de la lame pour son extraction.
Claims (4)
- Cutter à porte-lame monobloc à fixation-libération de la lame par pression, caractérisé en ce que ledit porte-lame (1) est réalisé par moulage d'une matière plastique semi-rigide et comporte deux coques sensiblement planes (1a, 1b) rabattues en regard l'une de l'autre, reliées par un pontage mince (2) et définissant entre elles un logement de réception d'une lame (3) ouvert au moins sur les côtés, l'une des parties (1a) comportant sur sa face interne une saillie (10) susceptible de pénétrer dans un trou (5) de la lame (3) en sorte de la retenir prisonnière dans ledit logement (8, 8a) et étant, au voisinage de ce dernier, déformable par pression (P) en sorte, par effet de levier, d'éloigner ladite saillie (10) de la face opposée de l'autre coque (1b), permettant ainsi le libre passage de la lame (3) hors de son logement (8, 8a).
- Cutter suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite saillie (10) est ménagée au voisinage de l'extrémité libre d'une languette (11) formant tout ou partie de l'une (1a) des deux coques du porte-lame (1), ladite languette (11) étant susceptible de basculer autour d'un point d'appui (14) ménagé sur la seconde coque (1b) en regard de la zone centrale de la languette lors d'une pression exercée sur cette dernière, entre ledit point d'appui (14) et le pied (12) de la languette (11), en direction de ladite seconde coque (1b).
- Cutter suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit logement (8, 8a) de la lame (3) est rectangulaire et ouvert sur trois côtés en sorte d'insérer la lame (3) latéralement d'un côté ou de l'autre du cutter.
- Cutter suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un creux (13) est ménagé entre la coque inférieure (1b) et la languette (11) en sorte de permettre le basculement de cette dernière lors de l'application de ladite pression (P).
