Abstract

Cette invention a trait à un masque perforé, fabriqué à faible coût de revient par électroformage, ainsi qu'à son procédé de fabrication. Dans le cadre de ce procédé de fabrication de masque perforé, on fabrique un original à l'aide d'une plaque de base puis on immerge cet original dans un bain d'électroformage tel qu'un bain de Watt, une couche de nickel de grande pureté se formant et permettant d'obtenir le masque perforé. Le masque perforé selon l'invention est constitué d'un bâti dans lequel sont ménagés plusieurs trous minuscules et d'une jupe faisant partie intégrante du bâti le long du chant de celui-ci et destinée à le renforcer. Cette invention permet de fabriquer à faible coût de revient un masque perforé fin sans avoir à recourir à des dispositifs coûteux de structuration et d'attaque.
