Claims (10)
- Vertikale Rührwerksmühle zum kontinuierlichen Mahlen und Dispergieren von Feststoffen in Flüssigkeiten, wobei das flüssige Mahlgut dem Mahlbehälter (18) von unten zugeführt und am oberen Ende des Mahlbehälters abgeführt wird, bestehend aus einem zylindrischen Mahlbehälter (18), dessen Mahlraum (38) ein Rührwerk aufweist und einem koaxialen um die Rührwelle (14) des Rührwerks angeordneten Einsatz (36) zur Zufuhr von Mahlhilfsmitteln (32),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (36), zumindest über einen Teil seiner Oberfläche, Öffnungen (42, 52) aufweist, die den Mahlraum (38) mit dem Innenraum (40) im Einsatz (36) verbinden und einer Fördereinrichtung, die dem Innenraum (40) des Einsatzes (36) Mahlhilfsmittel (32) entzieht und ihm gleichzeitig über Öffnungen (42) Mahlgut zuführt. - Vertikale Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (36) und seine mit Öffnungen (52) versehene Innenwand (54) einen Kanal (58) begrenzen. - Vertikale Rührwerksmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (36) einen trichterförmigen Teilbereich aufweist, in dem entlang der Rührwelle eine zylindrische Schürze (34) angeordnet ist. - Vertikale Rührwerksmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (36) und die Rührwelle (14) einen ringzylindrischen Raum (40) begrenzen, in dem durch die Rotation der Rührwelle (14) Mahlhilfsmittel (32) mit Mahlgut gemischt wird. - Vertikale Rührwerksmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rührwelle (14) am Ende des Einsatzes (36) eine Scheibe (44) aufweist. - Vertikale Rührwerksmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rührwelle (14) am Ende des Einsatzes (36) einen Rotor mit radial und/oder axial gerichteten Öffnungen aufweist. - Vertikale Rührwerksmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (44) mehrere Stifte (46) aufweist, die parallel zur Rührwelle (14) verlaufen und deren Länge gleich oder kleiner dem Abstand der zur Scheibe nächstgelegenen Öffnung des Einsatzes (36)ist. - Vertikale Rührwerksmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Fördereinrichtung im Innenraum (40) zwischen dem Einsatz (36) und der Rührwelle (14) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Fördergewinde (32) im Innenraum (38) im Bereich der Öffnungen (42, 52) des Einsatzes (36) angeordnet ist. - Vertikale Rührwerksmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung aus einer mit der Rührwelle (14) verbundenen Gewindebuchse (60) besteht.
