Abstract
Description
Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to an injection nozzle according to the preamble of
For a better understanding of the description and the patent claims, some terms are explained below: The fuel injection device according to the invention is designed to be pressure-controlled. In the context of the invention, a pressure-controlled fuel injection device is understood to mean that the fuel pressure prevailing in the nozzle space of an injection nozzle moves a nozzle needle against the action of a closing force (spring), so that the injection opening is released for injection of the fuel from the nozzle space into the cylinder , The pressure at which fuel emerges from the nozzle chamber into a cylinder of an internal combustion engine is referred to as injection pressure , while a system pressure is understood to mean the pressure at which fuel is available or is stored within the fuel injection device. Fuel metering means providing a defined amount of fuel for injection. Leakage is to be understood as an amount of fuel that is generated during operation of the fuel injection device (for example, a guide leakage ), is not used for injection and is returned to the fuel tank. The pressure level of this leakage can have a standing pressure, the fuel then being expanded to the pressure level of the fuel tank.
With common rail systems, the injection pressure at the load and engine speed be adjusted. A pre-injection is often used here to reduce noise carried out. To reduce emissions is a pressure controlled Injection is known to be cheap.
The use of a 2/2-way valve to control the injector is off known from DE 196 23 211 A1.
It is also known, a so-called vario register nozzle in cam-driven Systems to use. This injector with switchable, two-stage Spray hole cross-section has so far been controlled by a pressure Fuel injection system with a 3/2 valve or a cam-driven one Injection system controlled.
Hubanschlag. Der Hubanschlag kann rein hydraulisch bzw.
hydrauiisch/mechanisch ausgeführt sein.To save costs in the manufacture of a fuel device, in particular for
Small engines, an injector is proposed according to
The control of the injection nozzle can be either in the direction or in Injection nozzles opening in the opposite direction to the injection chamber are used. For this purpose, the throttles in the control chamber or the control chamber and the piston are only accordingly easy to adapt constructively.
When using the leak oil line to control the hydraulic or Hydraulic / mechanical stroke stop can be a hydraulic connection on the Injector is eliminated. The leak oil line is through one or more valves and appropriate throttles or pressure control valves to a higher pressure dammed. A control unit should preferably be in the leak oil line for everyone Cylinders can be used simultaneously.
Weiterbildungen der Erfindungen betreffen die Patentansprüche 2 bis 5. Further developments of the inventions relate to
If the injection nozzle instead of a seat or blind hole nozzle through a vario-register nozzle is formed, the injection course can be better matched to the Adapt the requirements of the engine.

In the illustrated in Fig. 1 pressure-controlled
In the area of the
beginnen. After opening the metering valve 9, a high-pressure fuel wave runs in the
A first
During the injection process by a movement of the nozzle needle is made 12 inwardly in the
Leckageleitung 30 verbindet.According to FIG. 2, the closing process for the
When the pressure increases at the beginning of the injection, the
unterbunden. After the end of the injection with the valve 9 now closed (see FIG.
1) and the resulting pressure reduction in the
As an alternative to the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the pressure relief of the
FIG. 4 shows that the movement of a
