Abstract

Es handelt sich um einen U-förmig profilierten Spannring aus Blech zur Befestigung eines Deckels auf Transport- und Lagerbehältern, mit einem Spannhebel, der mit seinem einen Ende am ersten Ende des Spannrings gelenkig befestigt ist und etwa in der Mitte seiner Längsabmessung ein Gelenk aufweist, mit dem ein am zweiten Ende des Spannrings angreifendes Verbindungsglied verbunden ist. Um einen Spannring zu schaffen, der zum einen in automatisierten Anlagen verwendet werden kann und zum anderen sich relativ leicht öffnen läßt, ohne daß die Gefahr eines ungewollten bzw. unkontrollierten Öffnens besteht, ist das Verbindungsglied (9) in an sich bekannter Weise U-förmig profiliert. In dem Steg (10) des U-Profils des Verbindungsgliedes (9) ist eine Öffnung (11) vorgesehen, in die in Spannstellung nach außen vorstehende Rastzähne (12) in dem Steg (13) am zweiten Ende (8) des Spannrings (1) eingreifen. An dem vorderen Ende (14) des Verbindungsgliedes (9) sind an den Enden (15) der seitlichen Schenkel (16) desselben nach innen gerichtete Nasen (17) vorgesehen, die nach dem Schließen des Spannringes (1) kraftschlüssig mit den seitlichen Schenkeln (18) des Spannringes (1) verpreßt sind. In dem Spannhebel (4) ist zum Sperren desselben ein Splint (19) eingesetzt.
