Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine originalitätsgesicherte Verpackung mit einem quadratischen Kunststoffbehälter (1) und einem entsprechenden Verschlußdeckel (4) sowie mit einem den oberen Behälterrand (5) umfassenden Schutzelement (7) mit einer Ausnehmung (9), in die eine Abreißelement (8) eingepaßt und über Sollbruchstellen (12) mit der Behälterwand verbunden ist. Um eine derartige sog.Quadratbox mit einem effektiven Originalitätsverschluß an mindestens einem Eckbereich bei Berücksichtigung einer behinderungsfreien Stapelbarkeit der Verpackungen zu versehen, erstreckt sich das Abreißelement in der Ausnehmung des Schutzelementes über einen in Umfangsrichtung abgerundeten Eckbereich der Quadratbox, indem die Enden des Abreißelementes jeweils parallel zu den an den abgerundeten Bereich angrenzenden geradlinigen Abschnitten der Behälterwand in der Ausnehmung verlaufen und mit ihrer oberen Kante mit der oberen Kante des Schutzelementes fluchten, wobei mindestens an einem Ende des Abreißelementes ein sich über die untere Kante des Schutzelementes erstreckender Griffteil ausgeformt ist, das Abreißelement den benachbarten umlaufenden Rand des Verschlußdeckes unzugänglich abdeckt und nach Entfernung aus der Ausnehmung des Schutzelementes die untere Kante des Verschlußdeckels dem Öffnungsgriff freigibt.
