Claims (9)

1. Originalitätsgesicherte Verpackung mit einem im Grundriß im wesentlichen rechteckigen, insbesondere quadratischen Kunststoffbehälter (1) mit herstellungsbedingt abgerundeten Ecken (2) und mit einem die Behälteröffnung (3) verschließenden Deckel (4) mit entsprechender Grundrißkonfiguration, wobei der obere Behälterrand (5) von einem umlaufenden, zu dem umlaufenden Rand (6) des Verschlußdeckels (4) benachbarten Schutzelement (7) umfaßt ist und der Behälter (1) mindestens ein sich teilweise über die Umfangslänge des Verschlußdeckels (4) erstreckendes Abreißelement (8) aufweist, die in eine Ausnehmung (9) des Schutzelementes (7) des Behälters (1) eingepaßt ist und eine sich zur Behälterwand (10) erstreckende Auskragung (11) aufweist, die über Sollbruchstellen (12) mit dem Behälter (1) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
  • - das Abreißelement (8) sich über den in Umfangsrichtung abgerundeten Bereich (13) einer Ecke (2) des im Grundriß rechteckigen oder quadratischen Behälters (1) in der Ausnehmung (9) des Schutzelementes (7) erstreckt,
  • - mit seinen Enden (15) jeweils parallel zu den an den abgerundeten Bereich (13) angrenzenden, geradlinig verlaufenden entsprechenden Abschnitten (16) der Behälterwand (10) in der Ausnehmung (9) verläuft,
  • - mit seiner oberen Kante (17) mit der oberen Kante (18) des Schutzelementes (7) des Behälters (1) fluchtet,
  • - mindestens an einem Ende (15) zu einem sich über die untere Kante (19) des Schutzelementes (7) erstreckenden Griffteil (20) ausgeformt ist, und
  • - den benachbarten umlaufenden Rand (6) des Verschlußdeckels (4) unzugänglich abdeckt sowie nach Entfernung aus der Ausnehmung (9) des Schutzelementes (7) die untere Kante (21) des Verschlußdeckels (4) dem Öffnungsgriff freigibt.
