The invention relates to a suspension device for hanging articles or for holding a tray with at least one on a support structure horizontally fixed panel element, in which at almost any position several Hook in consoles. Preferably one can with a variety of Panel elements erect a panel wall, especially in shops and to be used at exhibitions for the presentation of goods. The device mainly concerns the holding of smaller packages of goods, like blister packs, but is also for attaching information carriers or for regulatory purposes in the commercial or private sector.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

A typical device of the type relevant here is from the company publication "KaluFLEX PANELS" from KaluTEX Shop-Systeme, Lauingen / Germany, according to price list 5/98, known. Herein are composable over each other Panel elements and therein suspended brackets shown. The Panel elements have front several, longitudinally extending and from above accessible pockets, in which in any position consoles of various Configuration can be mounted. Inevitably accumulates in the Bags off dust, which can be removed only with difficulty, but from the outside as Contamination of the entire device is visible. Also, parts can be in the Pockets fall into it. In any case, the accessible bags are not always creative advantageous. In this device, the joints with the other Panel elements visible, which optically, especially when occurring tolerances, can be annoying. To protect against unintentional. unhook The consoles are designed in two overlapping pockets mounted, whereby the variability is limited in the assembly.

In US Pat. No. 4,694,965 there is a modular arrangement of panel elements Profile wall for mounting consoles disclosed. Owned at the top on the back each panel element a females connection part in the form of a groove. Down at the Panel element protrudes from the front of an obliquely upwardly pointing web, which serves as a masculine connector. Several panel elements become one Profile wall joined together where the masculine connector part of a Panel element in the female connector part of each arranged below Panel element engages. A console exists on a vertically extending Support block, from the front surface facing the room horizontal load arm off. At the upper rear edge of the support block begins upwardly projecting Einsteckhaken on. Each panel element has several horizontally superimposed slots, whose cross-sections of the insertion correspond. To insert a console in a freely selectable Position along a slot leads you to the Einsteckhaken - while at the free End swung up load arm - behind one from the top into the slot inlet projecting wall web and then lowered from the load arm in the horizontal. In the used State of the hooks behind the wall bridge, while the Support block rests on the front side of the panel element. With increasing loading of the load arm of the Einsteckhaken are more intense to the wall bridge, the Support block stronger against the front of the panel element and the bottom of the insertion hook pressed forcefully on the lower slot wall.

Aufgabe der ErfindungObject of the invention

Given the imperfection of the hitherto known Eingehängevorrichtungen of the type described above, it is the object of the invention to to propose a multiply improved device. First, lower Dirt deposits occur, which so far obviously accumulated to have. Furthermore, the joints of composite panel elements ver remain covered, so be outwardly invisible and therefore no longer visually to disturb. Particularly important is an improved backup of the hung consoles against unintentional unhooking. The suspension device to be designed must allow a variety of consoles even at close intervals one above the other, which is especially relevant for small parts. After all should it be easy to mount and unmount the consoles, wherein the lowest possible inclination of the load arms is desirable, if one considers the repositioning of hung load arms. Ultimately, the aims Invention on an original design option, with individual dimensioning from panel walls, from.

The suspension device, in particular for the presentation of goods, exists at least from a first, horizontally arranged panel element and at least a detachable in selectively longitudinal position in the panel element Console. The panel member has a back for attachment to one Support structure, a front facing the room or two opposite, each facing the room front pages and at least a first longitudinal, groove-shaped, an inner free space having pocket, which from the front over one in the lower area the pocket lying gap is accessible. Inside the bag is a retaining edge. The console shows one of a plug section and a Support section existing panel segment with a front and a back and a load arm extending from the front and in the state of hinged console to the horizontal occupies a rest angle. The plug-in section is passed through the gap for hanging in the bag. The support portion is provided for resting on the front side. At the Plug-in section is a counter edge present in the state of the hinged Console, based on the front, the retaining edge engages behind. The gap is directed downwards, the retaining edge points from the bottom of the gap up and the counter edge is at the bottom of the plug-in section on the back arranged.

Nachstehend sind bevorzugte Ausführungsdetails der erfindungsgemässen Einhängevorrichtung beschrieben: Below are preferred execution details of the inventive Suspension device described:

Hierbei gilt folgende Winkelrelation: Ruhewinkel < Aushebewinkel < Verriegelungswinkel < Ausfahrwinkel. Beispielsweise betragen: der Ruhewinkel = 2°, der Verriegelungswinkel = 26°, der Aushebewinkel = 25° und der Ausfahrwinkel = 30°.The further upward pivoting movement of the free end of the load arm, with the result that the whole plate segment and the plug section within the pocket tends to be at a defined locking angle blocked. When taking the locking angle is also the hanging the console impossible. During the passage of the pivoting movement from the angle of rest to the locking angle remains the counter edge stand behind the retaining edge. Only at a defined Aushebewinkel, the it can be taken before reaching the locking angle as a prerequisite for unhooking the console - i. removing the Plug-in section out of the bag - possible, the counter edge in front of the retaining edge hinüberzuheben. The complete unhinging of the console is only after completed Lifting the counter edge in front of the retaining edge and at a defined Extension angle possible. The following angle relation applies: rest angle < Lifting angle <Locking angle <Extension angle. For example: the angle of repose = 2 °, the locking angle = 26 °, the lifting angle = 25 ° and the extension angle = 30 °.

The panel element is with connection parts for joining with others Provided panel elements. At the top of the panel element is an upper one pocket-shaped, female connecting part and at the bottom of the panel element one masculine connection section available. In the assembled state the attacks masculine connecting part of a panel element in each case in the female connection part the underlying panel element. A panel element has several horizontally and parallel to each other running pockets. The female connection part contributes to the formation of the lower part of a bag and the masculine connecting part for forming the upper part of a pocket.

The lower end section consists of a lower section of a lamella and a freely ending, downwardly projecting partial semicircle, which with a downward pointing extension is extended. The approach of the extension is farther away from the front than a full arc would, resulting in a free cut, which under the partial semicircle and the Extension, upstream in the direction of the front, is located.

The extension follows parallel offset to the partial semicircle and the theoretical Course of the full arc of its concave curvature in the direction the front. Enclose the lower section of a lamella and the partial semicircle the upper part of a bag. The upper end of the lot exists from an upwardly projecting partial semicircle, one open at the top, to the front towards concavely curved coupling groove and a circumferential groove of the coupling Leg. The leg rises vertically above the coupling groove and can be accessed from the front horizontal, longitudinal screw groove exhibit. Below the coupling groove, the leg opens into the upward protruding partial half-bow, which attaches to the upper portion of the slat. The upwardly projecting partial semicircle flanks the lower portion of a bag.

In the assembled state, the partial semicircle sits quasi form-fitting in the Free cut and completes the partial semicircle to a complete semicircle, creating a complete pocket with a gap. At the same time, the Extension virtually form-fitting in the coupling groove. The thigh is from the Covered next panel element concealed. The merging between The lower and upper connection sections is happening inside the pockets therefore not visible externally. The back of the thigh as well as additional Option from the back of each panel element horizontally outgoing in pairs Webs, with their internal profiling for engagement of screws, close on a common vertical plane and are up to resting a support structure determined.

From each pocket is covered by the lower portion of a slat vorachartig, which continues as the upper section. The overall S-shaped curved Slat extends from the top of a gap to the bottom the gap above. The connection from one slat to the next, overlying, adjacent lamella is done by a half-arc, the distance from the bottom of a gap to the transition from the bottom and upper portion of the overlying slat bridged. From the front considered, the half-arc is concave in cross-section and forms the Back wall of the lenticular bag. The half-arch ends with its lower one End, at the bottom of a gap, at the top of the top section one. With its upper end, the semicircle opens at the junction of the lower and upper section, while the slat with lower and upper section is in principle vertical.

A third variant of the panel elements has pockets on both front sides, in which consoles can be hooked. These Paneelemente are gel-symmetrical built up.

The load arm of the console is one arm or double arm or direct or indirect attached to the plate segment and procured as a tray, trough, basket or box. At the plate segment, a back and a front side are defined, wherein the back of the front of the panel element and the front of the load arm are turned. Between plug-in section and support section is a middle part with an oblique plane surface on the back. At the plug-in section is located on the back of the counter edge, which above the Plane is positioned and bulges down. Seen from the front, is the back of the patch from the back edge to the top of the plug section concave.

At the plug-in section is in the upper area, on the front side, a bounce edge present, after a likewise concave curvature in one to the load arm out sloping sloping surface passes. Internally the bag, the retaining edge opposite lying there is a support edge, which at the top of the gap, lies on the inner, shortened outlet of the lower portion of the blade. in the hinged state, when the load arm occupies the angle of repose, the beats Bounce edge on the support edge on. The support section follows both on the back as well as on the front of the wavy profile of the panel element. in the hinged state ends resting on the front of the panel element Support section above the next pocket, which is below the from the plug section occupied pocket is located. The panel element is preferably an extruded profile, which is advantageously made of aluminum or an Al alloy can be produced.

Figur 1AFigure 1A

A plurality of horizontally arranged panel elements 1 is joined together and enclosed by a frame 9 , so that a panel wall 10 is formed. The preferred, extending in the vertical ripple of the panel elements 1 results in a flowing surface structure. The panel elements 1 are advantageously produced as an extruded profile, for example made of aluminum.

A broader panel wall 10, which in turn is composed of a plurality of panel elements 1 , is systematically equipped with brackets 6 , the load arms 8 are configured differently. The brackets 6 are detachably mounted in the panel elements 1 and can be arranged in the longitudinal direction in any desired position. The panel elements 1 shown here embody a first variant, which is provided only for the assembly of consoles 6 from one side.

Figuren 2A bis 2DFIGS. 2A to 2D

On the panel element 1 of the first variant , a rear side 2 for fastening to a supporting structure, a front side 3 facing the space, and an upper, female connecting section 56 located at the upper edge or a lower, masculine connecting section 50 located at the lower edge can be defined. On the front side 3 , a plurality of longitudinal, groove-shaped pockets 4 - in the present example three - present, which are accessible via a respectively associated slot-like gap 40 . The gaps 40 point in the direction of the lower connection part 50, while the cross-section of the pockets 4 extends in the direction of the upper connection part 56 . At the front, each pocket 4 is covered by the lower section 31 of a lamella 30 in a manner that continues as an upper section 32 . The overall S-shaped curved blade 30 extends from the top of a gap 40 to the bottom of the overlying gap 40. The connection of a blade 30 to the next, above, adjacent blade 30, is done by a half-arc 20, the Distance from the bottom of a gap 40 to the transition from the lower and upper portion 31,32 of the overlying blade 30 bridged. Viewed from the front 3 , the half-arc 20 is concave in cross-section and forms the rear wall of the lenticular bag 4. The half-arc 20 opens at its lower end, at the bottom of a gap 40, at the upper end of the upper portion 32 a. With its upper end, the half-arc 20 opens at the transition from lower and upper section 31,32 . The lamella 30 with lower and upper section 31 , 32 is in principle perpendicular and is curved in an S-shape.

From the half-arc 20 and the upper portion 32 extend from the back 2, two mutually parallel spaced, horizontal webs 21, which internally have a profiling 22 for receiving threaded shanks of screws. In the area of the middle pocket 4 , no webs 21 are present, since for the solid attachment of the panel element 1 two pairs of webs 21 are sufficient. Internally, the pocket 4, at the bottom of the gap 40, where the upper portion 32 of the blade 30 and the half-arc 20 open into each other, a depression 41 is present, from the direction of the gap 40, an upwardly facing, in cross-section wedge-shaped retaining edge 42nd rises. A further, the lower retaining edge 42 opposite bearing edge 43 has proven to be advantageous, which is also internally of the pocket 4, but at the top of the gap 40, disposed on the inner, shortened outlet of the lower portion 31 of the blade 30 .

The gap 40 is bounded by a lower wall 44 and an upper wall 45 , wherein the walls 44,45 are parallel to each other. The lower wall 44 extends obliquely downward from the summit of the retaining edge 42 , away from the front side 3 . The upper wall 45 extends from the support edge 43 also obliquely downward, away from the front 3 . Therefore, the gap 40 opens from the front 3, from below obliquely ascending into the pocket 4 a.

The masculine lower end part 50 and the female upper connection part 56 of a panel element 1 are used for externally invisible assembly with other panel elements 1. Each first panel element 1 can be attached to the bottom and / or top of each another panel element. To a composite of a plurality of panel elements 1, a further panel element 1 can be attached to the topmost panel element 1 and to the bottom another additional panel element 1 . As a rule, however, one will begin with the construction of a panel wall 10 with the lowermost panel element 1 and then add up the further panel elements 1 until it reaches the planned overall height. The selected length of the panel elements 1 depends on the designed for the panel wall 10 width.

The closing parts 50, 56 are each provided in the area of a proportional pocket 4 . The lower end portion 50 consists of a lower portion 31 of a blade 30 and a free-ending, downwardly projecting partial half-arc 20 ', which is extended with a downwardly pointing extension 51 . The approach of the extension 51 is further away from the front 3 , as a complete half-arc 20 would extend, so that a cutout 52 is formed, which is below the partial half-arc 20 ' and the extension 51, upstream in the direction of the front page 3 . The extension 51 follows parallel offset to the partial half-arc 20 ' and the theoretical course of the complete half-arc 20 whose concave curvature in the direction of the front side 3. The lower portion 31 of a blade 30 and the partial half-arc 20' enclose the upper portion of a pocket . 4

Complementary to the lower end portion 50 , the upper end portion 56 is formed. Here are an upwardly projecting partial half-arc 20 ", a concave toward the front side 3 coupling groove 57 and a coupling groove 57 encircling leg 58 is present, which rises above the coupling groove 57 perpendicular and has an accessible from the front 3 horizontal, longitudinal screw groove 59. Below the coupling groove 57 opens the leg 58 in the upwardly projecting part half arc 20 " , which attaches to the upper portion 32 of the blade 30 . The front edge of the webs 21 and the back of the leg 58 lie on a vertical plane, since both are intended to rest on a support structure. The upwardly projecting partial half-arch 20 " flanks the lower portion of a pocket 4.

In the assembled state, the partial semicircle 20 sits " virtually in a form-fitting manner in the free cut 52 and supplements the partial semicircle 20 ' to form a complete semicircle, so that a complete pocket 4 is formed with a gap 40. At the same time, the extension 51 engages in the coupling groove 57 in a form-fitting manner. The placement of the upper panel element 1 begins with a slope of its upper connecting section 56 in the direction of the space, so that the entire panel element 1 is inclined and the curved extension 51 are inserted into the coupling groove 57 curved towards the front 3 during successive raising of the attached panel element 1 By virtue of the curvature of the extension 51 and the coupling groove 57, it is possible to join panel elements 1 in a gap-free manner Even when forces occur upwards and / or downwards - caused, for example, during screwing or under load - the panel elements 1 remain tightly joined together the bag 4 with the gap 40, the retaining edge 42 and the support edge 43 remain in the exact geometric relation to ensure the function. When using the screw groove 59 on the leg 58 for securing the panel element 1 , the screw heads are covered by the attached next panel element 1 , as well as the assembly between the lower and upper terminal sections 50,56 within the pockets 4 is not externally visible.

Figuren 3A und 3BFIGS. 3A and 3B

In a modified second variant , the connection parts 50,56 are designed differently from the embodiment according to the group of figures 2A to 2D. The extension 51 and the receiving this coupling groove 57 extend vertically. In the coupling groove 57 on the leg 58 a nose 580 is provided and the extension 51 have complementary to the nose 580 has a groove 510. The coupling groove 57 is widened somewhat to take when placing the next panel element 1, the nose 580 into the groove of the 510th After attaching the panel elements 1 to the support structure - here by screwing and engagement of the threaded shafts in the webs 21 - also the panel elements 1 thus obtained can not be pulled apart in the vertical direction. Notwithstanding, it is also possible to provide the webs 21 with the profiling 22 at the rear 2 . Here, the lower web 21 of a pair of webs from the upper portion 32 of a blade 30 goes off, while the associated second upper web 21 from the node, where the upper portion 32 and the half-arc 20 meet. Otherwise, these panel elements 1 are similar to those described above.

Figuren 4A bis 4CFIGS. 4A to 4C

Fig. 4A) oder doppelarmig (s. A console 6 consists of a plate segment 7 and an outgoing therefrom Lastarm 8, which may be contoured differently. The load arm 8 is one-armed (see Fig. 4A) or double-armed (see Fig. 4B) or could be designed as a plate, trough or box and attach directly or indirectly to the plate segment 7 . Essential part of the console 6 is the plate segment 7 with its upper, for hooking into the pocket 4 specific insertion portion 70 and a particular for resting on the front side 3 support portion 76. On the plate segment 7 , a back 703 and a front side 702 are defined, the back 703 the front side 3 of the panel element 1 and the front side 702 are facing the load arm 8 .

Between plug-in portion 70 and support portion 76 is a middle portion 79 with an existing on the back 703 oblique planar surface 74. At the plug portion 70 is also located on the back 703 counter-edge 71, which is positioned above the flat surface 74 and bulges downward. When viewed from the front 702, the back is of the male portion 70 curved in a concave 703 of the counter-edge 71 to the upper end of the plug section 70th At the plug portion 70 , in the upper region, on the front side 702, a bounce edge 73 is present, which merges after a likewise concave curvature in a sloping to the load arm 8 inclined surface 78 . The support portion 76 follows both on the back 703 as well as on the front side 702 the wavy profile of the panel element 1. In the suspended state ends resting on the front side 3 of the panel 1 support portion 76 above the next pocket 4, which is below that of the plug portion 70th occupied pocket 4 is located.

Figuren 5A und 5BFIGS. 5A and 5B

Shown are two assembled and on a support structure 90 - eg a rear wall - patch panel elements 1 first variant, according to the construction of the group of figures 2A to 2D. The connecting sections 50,56 interlock. For attachment to the support structure 90 , the webs 21 with the inner thread profiling 22 are available for fastening from the rear side of the support structure 90 , the outer edges of the webs 21 resting on the front side of the support structure 90 . Screwed from behind screws engage with their threaded shanks in the thread profiling 22 . If an attachment from the front preferred, one screws through the legs 58 on the line of the screw groove 59 , so that the screwed screws engage with their threaded shanks in the support structure 90 , while the screw heads rest on the leg 58 , but of a panel element possibly arranged above 1 to be covered. With the fastening of the panel elements 1 to the support structure 90, in particular the respective upper connection sections 56 are drawn more intensively to the support structure 90 , since the screw connection takes place very close, namely either on the next pair of webs 21 or on the adjacent leg 58 Engaging the extension 51 in the coupling groove 57 recessed.

From a hinged bracket 6 of the plug portion 70 engages in the selected in height pocket 4 at the desired longitudinal position through the gap 40 therethrough, and the support portion 76 rests on the front side 3 of the populated panel element 1 . In the rest position, the support arm 8 projecting into the space preferably assumes an ascending rest angle α0 of, for example, 2 ° with respect to the horizontal in order to avoid optically negative sagging downwards even at higher loads. In this state, the wall 44 and the flat surface 74 to each other, as well as the entire support portion 76 rests on the blade 30 , but ends before the next gap 40 . Between sink 41 and retaining edge 42 , the counter edge 71 engages. The support edge 43 comes together with the bounce edge 73 . Occurring loads on the console 6 are absorbed by the surface of the blade 30, the sink 41 and the retaining edge 42 and the support edge 43 . An independent sliding out of the console 6 from the bag 4 is completely excluded.

Figuren 6A und 6B, 7A und 7B, 8A und 8BFigures 6A and 6B, 7A and 7B, 8A and 8B

Based on these pairs of figures, with panel elements 1 first variant, the interaction between the panel elements 1 and suspended therein consoles 6 will now be described in the movement. The sequences of movements in the case of panel elements 1 of the second variant (see FIGS . 3A and 3B) and the third variant (see FIGS. 9A and 9B) are identical.

Figuren 6A und 6BFigures 6A and 6B

Der Verriegelungswinkel α1 beträgt gegenüber der Horizontalen z.B. 26°.Inadvertent abutment from below against the load arm 8 , this is pressed from its rest angle α0 to a maximum in the locking angle α1 , where the counter edge 71 remains in the sink 41, behind the retaining edge 42 , but the inclined surface 78 against the lower edge of the lower portion 31st the lamella 30 abuts at the mouth of the gap 40 . The space inside the pocket 4 allows the pivoting movement of the plug portion 70. Thus, further lifting the console 6 are blocked and their sliding out of the pocket 4 excluded. The locking angle α1 is compared to the horizontal, for example, 26 °.

Figuren 7A und 7BFIGS. 7A and 7B

If you want to remove the console 6 from a bag 4 , the load arm 8 must be brought into a defined Aushebewinkel α2 , which is preferably in its size slightly below the amount of the locking angle α1 . The Aushebewinkel α2 is compared to the horizontal, for example, 25 ° and is thus only 1 ° lower than the locking angle α1 . Only in the position of Aushebewinkels α2 succeeds to lift the counter edge 71 on the retaining edge 42 . This becomes possible only with defined geometric measures between on the one hand the clear width of the gap 40 and on the other hand the curvature of the plug-in portion 70 with its resulting span and of the support portion 76 towards wedge-shaped thickening middle part 79th

Figuren 8A und 8BFigures 8A and 8B

Der Ausfahrwinkel α3 beträgt gegenüber der Horizontalen z.B. 30°.Upon further approximation of the upward inclination of the load arm 8 to an extension angle α3 and the resulting skewing of the plug portion 70, finally, the plug portion 70 can be pulled out of the pocket 4 through the gap 40 . The extension angle α3 is compared to the horizontal, for example, 30 °.

Figuren 9A und 9B, 10A bis 10CFigures 9A and 9B, 10A to 10C

This third variant of panel elements 1 is provided for the assembly with consoles 6 from both sides. The lower masculine and upper female terminal sections 50, 56 are designed differently for the first (see FIGS . 2A and 2B) and the second variant (see FIGS. 3A and 3B). Instead of the existing in the previous versions webs 21, which can be used for fastening, the panel elements 1 of the third variant on screw channels 23 which extend internally, horizontally, along the panel elements 1 . Even more essential is that now on both sides of the panel elements 1 pockets 4 are present, which are viewed in cross-section, mirror-symmetrically in pairs opposite.

The individual pocket 4 is again formed by the lower portion 31 of a respective front lamella 30 and a half sheet 20 lying behind it. The upper portion 32 of the blade 30 connects to the next higher pocket 4 . Unchanged belong to each pocket 4, a gap 40, which results between the lower wall 44 and the upper wall 45 . Again, on the lower wall 44, the sink 41 and the retaining edge 42 are present, while the upper wall 45 has the support edge 43 . Between the two front sides of a panel element 1 are, for example, two superimposed screw channels 23, whose round wall 24 connects to the both sides present slats 30 .

Joined connection parts 50,56 each abutting panel elements 1 now yield a pocket 4 on both front sides . The upper portion of a pocket 4 is formed by the upper panel element 1, namely its lower section 31 of the lamella 30 and the lower section half arch 20 ' . The lower panel element 1 provides the lower portion of the pocket 4 with the upper portion 32 of the lamella 30 and the upper half-lobe 20 "." This is symmetrical with respect to both front sides of the panel elements 1 , 1. The masculine connection section 50, each at the bottom of a panel element 1 , has a downwardly projecting extension 51. The female connection part 56, which is located in each case at the top of a panel element 1 , has an upwardly projecting coupling groove 57. In the assembled state, the extension 51 is seated in the coupling groove 57 and the two lower part semi-arc 20 ' and the upper partial half-arch 20 " result in half-bows 20 , as rear walls of the pockets . 4

Figuren 11A bis 11CFIGS. 11A to 11C

For the upper end of a panel wall 10 , an upper end profile 100 is provided which can be placed on the uppermost panel element 1 . This end profile 100 has a cover surface 101, a screw thread 123, and the masculine coupling part 150 with the nose edge 151 , the two wing-like arranged lower fin sections 131 and the upper part semi-arches 20 '. The masculine coupling part 150 engages with the femoral connection part 56 of the panel element 1 in the above-described engagement and forms two pockets 4 in the engagement region .

Figuren 12A bis 12CFIGS. 12A to 12C

For the lower end of a panel wall 10 , a lower end profile 200 is provided which can be inserted under the lowermost panel element 1 .

This end profile 200 has a bottom surface 201, and the female receiving portion 256 with the connecting groove 257, the two ascending upper fin portions 232, and the lower part semifinished arcs 20. The female receiving portion 256 receives and forms the masculine terminal portion 50 of the panel member 1 as described above in the engagement area two pockets 4.
