Description

The invention relates to a one-way impact bar for Impact mill rotors, which can be inserted in the circumferential slots of the rotors in a form-fitting manner backwards - against the direction of rotation of the rotors - and facing them, one Has an offset of its elongated cross-section with which it extends into a longitudinal Undercut of the circumferential slots engages and against the centrifugal force of the rotating rotors is held, with contact surfaces with which the blow bar against a System of the rotors is held and with a support surface over which the blow bar by means of a support or contact piece with the undercut in the Circumferential slots is engaged.

Such a blow bar is known from US Pat. No. 3,151,816. It has a right-angled offset on its back, which undercuts an undercut in the contact surface of the circumferential slots in the rotor. The narrow side of the blow bar facing the rotor is bevelled and a wedge presses against this bevel, which is adjustably supported by means of pressure screws against the front face of the peripheral slots facing the blow bar. Interchangeable press plates are provided between the pressure screws and the front surface of the circumferential slots and the wedge is additionally guided through lateral abutments. Such a fixation of the blow bar is complex and expensive, especially since the parts required for this are particularly exposed to wear at this point. The attachment of the blow bar is also unsafe, in which, with insufficient maintenance or observation, the wedges in the rotating rotor with their pressure screws and other aids can come loose, which carries the risk that the blow bar will fly out of its holder and cause major damage to the Impact mill caused. A sharp-edged undercut of the circumferential slots and the corresponding sharp-edged offset of the blow bar require precise machining of the corresponding edges and surfaces, but is also undesirable because of the notch effects that may occur here.
Blow bars that can be acted upon on one side are widely known, including those that have offsets or similar means for fastening. They are usually attached to the rotor body by means of wedges or wedge-shaped aids and additionally with screw connections (US Pat. No. 3,874,603, DE-PS 16 07 552, AU-PS 253,653) or they are inserted into circumferential recesses in disc rotors (DE-27 59 250 A1). While the attachment in the first-mentioned blow bars is complicated and has the disadvantages described above, there is also the problem in the latter blow bars that the slots between the blow bars and the rotor contours comprising them clog with fine material and that after wear of the blow bars complicate necessary expansion.

As such, blow bars that can be acted on on one side are small Wear potential uneconomical. Therefore blow bars have been used for a long time used, which are rotatable about their longitudinal axis and / or transverse axis and loose in Circumferential slots of the rotors are used (DE-GM 1 831 058, DE 37 42 395 C1). Because of the necessary room for maneuver in the form of gaps, this also results in this blow bars a sealing of the column by fine material, apart from that turning or turning the blow bars is time-consuming and therefore expensive. That too is Utilization rate of these known blow bars because of their relatively large Clamping height only low. Increasingly, however, are because of expensive wages the maintenance costs are decisive for economy.

The invention therefore seeks to propose a blow bar that is easy in the Impact mill rotors can be installed and removed and is also handy in relation to their total mass has a high wear mass and the others above avoids disadvantages mentioned.

This task is solved with regard to a blow bar that can be loaded on one side with an anchoring serving to fix it in that the angled portion arcuate and the pivot point of the smaller radius of the arc to the Contact surfaces at a considerable distance from the fulcrum of the larger radius of the bow on the front / lower support surface in the direction of the impact circle Blow bar is arranged and the two pivot points in a line approximately parallel to Striking surface run, with the contact surfaces in the extension of the smaller bow stand at an obtuse angle to each other.

The blow bar according to the invention, the contoured circumferential slots of the Impact mill rotors can be used, is therefore easily replaceable, because on the one hand in installed condition no slots or clearances between their contact surfaces or their support surface and the surfaces corresponding to them Circumferential slots are present, and on the other hand, because the blow bar due to Arrangement of the pivot points of the arc radii to each other when tilting forward as soon as she releases her self-clamping opening a crack. Also through the Arrangement of the fulcrums of the radii or the two boundary curves of the Bending the blow bar results in a low clamping height of the blow bar in that the larger outer arch, the lower and front support surface limited, is provided further towards the rotor. It is advantageous if the Distance of the pivot points of the radii to the remaining height of the blow bar Ratio of 1: 7 to 1:15, preferably 1:10.

The invention also proposes that the obtuse angle between those in extension of the smaller arch lying contact surfaces is 120 °.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the offset facing the rotor is on their end face with a extending over the length of the blow bar provided segment-shaped groove. Between this groove and one it may be appropriate groove in the circumferential slots of the rotors expedient, a profile rod, preferably made of plastic and round in Cross section to use the tilt angle of the built-in blow bar during operation to limit forward.

In the drawing, an example of the blow bar according to the invention is shown, namely shows
Fig. 1
a rotor section with built-in blow bar in cross section and
Fig. 2
the same rotor section with a blow bar tilted forward for the purpose of installation or removal.

In the figures, 1 is the section of a jacket of an impact mill rotor referred to, the circumferential slots 2 running parallel to the rotor shaft, not shown having. In each circumferential slot is a blow bar 3 from the side inserted, the blow bar in cross section an elongated, about the same thickness Has profile. The blow bar is at its end in the circumferential slot with an arcuate bend 4 with which they provide an undercut 5 of the Reaches under circumferential slot. The undercut is kept in engagement Blow bar 3 by a support or abutment piece 6, which is interchangeable basically Circumferential slot is arranged. The blow bar is supported with her Contact surface 7 against an approximately radially aligned contact surface of the Circumferential slot, which causes the energy of the rotating rotor in the blow bar is directed.

Due to the arcuate bend 4 of the cross section and the thickness of the Blow bar, the front and back of the blow bar have different arches Expansion on, the fulcrums of the radii of the arches in a given Relationship to each other are arranged. The pivot point is 8 the smaller one Radius R1 of the inner arc provided on the back of the blow bar in a distance X from the pivot point 9 of the larger radius R2 of the outer, at the Front of the blow bar provided arc in the direction of the impact circle 10 arranged, the distance X to the remaining blow bar height Y expediently has a ratio of 1:10, which can differ, however by blow bar size. In addition, the two pivot points 8 and 9 are in a line L arranged, which runs approximately parallel to the face 11. The contact surface 7 of the Blow bar 3 merges into the smaller sheet, the one at the end of the discharge Short surface provided with the arc is designated 7 '. These areas are in one Angles of approx. 120 ° to each other.

The outer arc of the offset 4 serves as a support surface 12 with which the built-in blow bar against the support or abutment 6 basically the Circumferential slot 2 supports.

Through this training of the blow bar and that of the adapted Blow bar holder in the rotor is achieved that the blow bar in the Working position itself with its arcuate support surface 12 between the corresponding surface of the support or contact piece 6 and the arcuate trained undercut 5 clamps and thus completely against flying out is secured from the rotating rotor. On the other hand, it also achieves that between the contact surfaces 7, 7 'and the surfaces of the undercut 5 and the support surface 12 of the blow bar 3 and the corresponding surfaces in there are no gaps in the circumferential slots 2 in the working position of the blow bar are where fine material can accumulate. The expansion of the blow bar designed yourself very easy. This only needs to be tilted forward a little, which makes due to the arrangement of the pivot points 8/9 the clamping of the blow bar releases and Gaps arise between the contact surfaces, so that the blow bar slightly to the side can be pulled out.

So that when the rotor 1 starts or stops, the built-in blow bar 3 does not unintentionally tipping and rattling, relieved by the resulting gaps, has the blow bar on its end face of the crank 4 facing the rotor a segment-shaped groove 13 extending over the length of the blow bar on, with a corresponding groove 14 in the approximately radial itself extending and longitudinally aligned over the rotor width boundary surface 15 of the Circumferential slots 2 of the rotor correspond. Between these gutters, the give a circular cross-section together, is a round profile bar 16th can be introduced, which is advantageously made of plastic.

As the figures of the drawing make clear, the blow bar according to the invention clamped in the rotor relatively short, which means a large wear mass Available. The blow bar is therefore extremely economical.
