Claims (10)
- Saugrohr (1) für eine Brennkraftmaschine beinhaltend wenigstens ein als Druckbegrenzungsventil ausgebildetes, vorzugsweise aus einem Elastomer bestehendes Schirmventil (2) mit einem durch die Wirkung eines Haltekörpers (26) in einer Stielaufnahmebohrung (6) des Saugrohres (1) gehaltenen Stiel (8) und mit einem Schirmteil (10), durch welchen wenigstens eine in einer Wandung (4) des Saugrohres (1) ausgebildete, einen Innenraum (20) des Saugrohres (1) mit der Umgebung verbindende Öffnung (18) verschließbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltekörper durch einen am Saugrohr (1) gehaltenen und in Einbaulage gegen das Schirmventil (2) vorgespannten, elastisch biegbaren Bügel (26) gebildet wird, wobei unter anderem abhängig vom Grad der Vorspannung, dem Material und der Geometrie des Bügels (26) die Öffnungscharakteristik des Schirmventils (2) beeinflußbar ist.
- Saugrohr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (26) vorzugsweise ein aus dünnem Stahlblech gefertigtes, einstückiges Stanzteil ist.
- Saugrohr nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (26) vom Schirmventil (2) aus gesehen konkav vorgebogen ist und eine mittige, in eine zentrale Bohrung (28) des Schirmventils (2) eingreifende Zentrierspitze (30) aufweist, welche in einer Symmetrieebene des Bügels (26) angeordnet ist.
- Saugrohr nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mittiger und zum Schirmventil (2) hin kreisrund eingezogener Bereich (44) des Bügels (26) bodenseitig mit dem Schirmventil (2) in Kontakt steht, wobei am Boden des eingezogenen Bereichs (44) die Zentrierspitze (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Saugrohr nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Spritzgußteil aus Kunststoff ist, an dessen Außenfläche (16) im Bereich der Öffnung (18) wenigstens ein Paar zueinander parallele Rippen (32) angeformt sind, denen das Schirmventil (2) zwischengeordnet ist, wobei an je einer Rippe (32) ein Endabschnitt (34) des Bügels (26) gehalten ist.
- Saugrohr nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an je einem Endabschnitt (34) des Bügels (26) eine Längsnut (36) angeformt ist, welche einen in Bezug auf die zugeordnete Rippe (32) komplementären Querschnitt aufweist und diese umklammert.
- Saugrohr nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Längsnuten (36) des Bügels (26) elastisch verformbare, gegen die Rippen (32) schräg angestellte Krallen (38) vorgesehen sind.
- Saugrohr nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer vom Schirmventil (2) abgewandten Fläche (40) der Rippen (32) Hinterschneidungen (46) vorgesehen sind, welche in Einbaulage von den Krallen (38) des Bügels (26) formschlüssig hintergriffen sind.
- Saugrohr nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Krallen (38) des Bügels (26) in einer der vom Schirmventil (2) abgewandten Fläche (40) der Rippen (32) verhakbar sind.
- Saugrohr nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den Rippen (32) Stifte (48) weg ragen, welche in an den Endabschnitten (34) des Bügels ausgebildeten Durchgangsbohrungen (50) gehalten sind, vorzugsweise durch Verkrallung.
