For glazing windows, facades or roofs from Buildings are mostly used with insulating glass.
The electrostatic effects are particularly difficult to dominate in an inclined installation position because here the sun protection film not hanging freely, but on the lower one Disc rests and causes friction. Thereby creates electrostatic attraction between the film and glass, which significantly affects the function of the film blind can affect.
The invention is based on the object of an insulating glass with an internal foil roller blind for temporary use To create shading of glass surfaces that the above outlined Avoids disadvantages, and in particular an exact one Guide for winding a thin film on track with a small winding diameter over a large number of turns realized.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale
des Anspruches 1 in Verbindung mit den Oberbegriffsmerkmalen
gelöst.This task is characterized by the characteristics
of
Further advantages and refinements of the invention result itself from the subclaims.
The insulating glass uses an extremely compact foil roller blind, with a thin sun protection film as a roll curtain towards a winding shaft with a small diameter a winding that fits into the space between the panes or developed into a surface. It draws mainly through a linearly moveable Winding shaft made of sliding friction between the sun protection film and glass surface avoids, and by a Synchronization device, which is a true-to-track winding over many layers and with an extremely small winding diameter guaranteed.
In contrast to known insulating glasses with an internal one Roller blind device, in which a roller blind from unwinds or winds up a fixed winding shaft, here the winding shaft is the moving part, and the sun protection film is unwound at the end of the Partially fixed, so that the entire unwound Surface, depending on the installation position of the insulating glass, hangs motionless or lies on the glass surface.
- Zu a):
- To a):
- Load capacity of the winding shaft.
With both vertical and inclined installation, the winding shaft is arranged at the lower end of the sun protection film, where it has no supporting function or the winding lies flat on the lower glass surface. - To b):
- Electrostatic effects.
Since the unwound surface of the sun protection film does not generate sliding friction, electrostatic effects are excluded or are meaningless for the function.
It also results from the avoidance of sliding friction on the sun protection film that they are significantly lower Tensile forces and other mechanical loads is exposed. It can therefore be made of extremely thin material be made with regard to here required compact design another advantage is. For the reasons given above thus that the arrangement the use of a winding shaft with a small diameter and thin sun protection film allowed. On the other hand, the experience with Test samples showed that winding up a sufficient wide and long sun protection film on one thin winding shaft is problematic.
It has been shown that with many turns, the inevitably because of the extremely small winding diameter arise, the film is not always wound true to the track. This problem is further exacerbated by that a side guide that with larger dimensions Roller blinds are common when used here very thin and therefore unstable sun protection film, none Solution.
The invention solves this problem by an internal one Linear guide for aligning the winding shaft in the right angle to a linear trajectory to a true track Winding up the sun protection film with a small winding diameter and to guarantee over many layers.
The sun protection film has a thickness of 0.01 up to 0.07 mm, and the winding shaft has a diameter in the range of 5 to 15 mm. The sun protection film consists preferably of polyester. In a variant the sun protection film has an embossed shape Shape of a wrap on, such that it acts as a spring motor has a torque in the direction of winding. Another variant of the shape embossing is kink embossing.
A linear guide is in the form of a cable system realized, consisting of two ropes, which are over pulleys on the sides along the side guide and over Cross are guided synchronously from side to side. The means that the two bearings of the winding shaft in the right Angle fixed to the linear path and in the course of movement are performed synchronously.
The cable pull system is in a special embodiment at the same time drive for moving the winding shaft along the linear path. The ropes are used as a drive belt and the deflection rollers are designed as drive pulleys, and a roller blind drive in the form of an electric motor as the drive of the film blind is to one or coupled several drive pulleys.
In one embodiment, the winding drive consists of two wheels in the left and right side guides roll, and by a one-way clutch and a slip clutch, also combined, with the winding shaft are connected and transmit a torque. The in one variant, both wheels have different large diameters and are each over a freewheel and slip clutch connected to the winding shaft. When winding up, only the smaller one transmits and when unwinding only the bigger and therefore slowly rotating Impeller the torque on the winding shaft.
An electric motor is a variant of the roller blind drive arranged on the movable bearing of the winding shaft. That means that when you operate the electric motor together with the winding shaft a movement along the linear path.
In another variant, the roller blind drive consists of a magnetic coupling attached to the movable bearing the winding shaft is arranged and a displacement force transmitted through one of the two glass panes.

- Insulation glass construction according to any one of the precedent claims, wherein winding roll drive means consisting of two track wheels (8a, 8b) to be moved along the left or right guide means (5a, 5b) is provided and an overrunning clutch and a friction clutch for coupling one or both track wheels (8a,8b) with the roll (3), such that the overrunning clutch is engaged only in the winding-up direction and the friction clutch transmits a torque up to a predetermined maximum value.
- Insulation glass construction according to any one of claims 1 to 8 and comprising track wheels (8a, 8b) according to claim 9, wherein both track wheels (8a,8b) are different in diameter and adapted to be engaged individually through the overrunning clutch and friction clutch to the roll (3) such that during the winding-up movement only the smaller and therefore fast running wheel (8a) and during the withdrawing movement only the larger and therefore slower moving wheel (8b) is connected and transmits a torque in the winding-up direction of rotation up to a predetermined maximum value.
- Insulation glass construction according to any one of the precedent claims, wherein the electric motor (M) for driving the sheet-like roller blind is arranged at the displaceable support means of the take-up roll.
- Insulation glass construction according to any one of the precedent claims, wherein the roller drive means is comprised of a magnetic clutch which is arranged at the displaceable support means of the roll (3) and transmits a sliding force along the linear path (S) through one of both glass panes (1,1').
