Abstract

Das dünnwandige, dreidimensional geformte Halbzeug oder Fertigteil ist als Deckplatte in der industriellen Türenfertigung, im Innenausbau oder im Möbelbau, insbesondere für den Einbau in stark profilierten Blättern von Profiltüren einsetzbar.
Die Formdecks werden aus einem Gemisch aus Holz- und/oder Holzfaserwerkstoff- und/oder Pflanzenfaserpartikeln und einem flüssigen, wärmereaktiven Bindemittel, vorzugsweise einem Isocyanat, gefertigt. Die schlanken Faserpartikel weisen eine mittlere Länge von 1,5mm bis 20mm und eine mittlere Dicke von 0,05mm bis 1,0mm auf. Alternativ wird ein Gemisch aus schlanken Faserpartikeln und im wesentlichen kubisch geformten oder etwa kugelförmigen Holz-, Holzwerkstoff- oder Faserpartikeln mit einer Fraktionsgröße zwischen 0,005mm und 1,0mm eingesetzt. Die Formdecks werden durch einen kombinierten Urform-Umform-Prozess hergestellt und die sichtbare Deckfläche des Formdecks (1) bedarfsweise mit einer dünnwandigen Kunststofffolie (14) kaschiert.
Mit Hilfe der Formdecks können Systemtüren gefertigt werden, die bei gleicher äußerer Gestaltung als Außen- oder Innentür, Schallschutztür, Rauchschutztür, Brandschutztür, Sicherheitstür oder Strahlenschutztür einsetzbar sind.

The mold decks are made from a mixture of wood and / or wood fiber material and / or vegetable fiber particles and a liquid, heat-reactive binder, preferably an isocyanate. The slim fiber particles have an average length of 1.5mm to 20mm and an average thickness of 0.05mm to 1.0mm. Alternatively, a mixture of slim fiber particles and essentially cubic or approximately spherical wood, wood-based material or fiber particles with a fraction size between 0.005 mm and 1.0 mm is used. The mold decks are produced by a combined master-forming process and the visible top surface of the mold deck (1) is laminated with a thin-walled plastic film (14) as required.
With the help of the molded decks, system doors can be manufactured that can be used with the same external design as exterior or interior door, soundproof door, smoke protection door, fire protection door, safety door or radiation protection door.
