Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de mesure des sorties/entrées d'un médicament (26), tel que la doxuribicine, dans une cellule (14, 52), telle que la cellule cancéreuse humaine ou une autre cellule biologique. Ce procédé consiste à introduire le médicament dans la cellule, par exemple par immersion de la cellule dans un milieu de culture contenant le médicament, ou par injection directe dans la cellule. La cellule contenant le médicament est alors immergée dans un milieu (28) liquide exempt de médicament et les sorties/entrées du médicament dans la cellule sont mesurées à l'aide d'un équipement (60) électrochimique. En ce qui concerne la détection des sorties depuis des petites populations de cellules, ou depuis une cellule unique, l'intensité du signal peut être augmentée par concentration préalable du médicament sur une électrode (20, 50) de travail et par augmentation de la concentration d'oxygène du milieu entourant la cellule. Une cellule ou une petit groupe de cellules (52) à étudier peut être placé, de manière espacée, sur un substrat (58) par application sur une petite zone (72) du substrat d'une couche (73) d'une matière hydrophile sur laquelle la cellule vient se fixer.
