Abstract

L'invention porte sur un instrument de coupe équipé d'un repose-doigt servant à éviter les douleurs au bout du doigt, même après un long moment passé à faire la cuisine. L'instrument de coupe est également équipé d'un manche qui peut être démonté pour éviter les problèmes d'hygiène. L'invention porte aussi sur un manche de l'instrument et sur un repose-doigt. Un instrument de coupe (1) de l'invention inclut une lame munie d'au moins un trou (19, 20, 21) ménagé dans une âme (18) et un manche dans lequel des plaques latérales (16, 17) sont associées aux deux faces extérieures de l'âme (18) par des entretoises (22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 29), trou dans lequel un repose-doigt (10) s'étend à partir d'une pièce placée entre l'âme (18) et les plaques latérales (16, 17) de manière à couvrir une partie de l'arête (5) de la lame. L'âme (18) est associée aux plaques latérales (16, 17) par une partie convexe (28) située sur un côté de la plaque latérale (17) inséré dans le trou (20) pratiqué dans l'âme (18). Un trou concave (31) de la la plaque latérale (16) entre en prise avec la partie convexe (28) et des éléments de fixation (33, 34) sont insérés dans les zones de contact.
