Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé, mis en oeuvre en médecine dentaire, et un dispositif pour séparer des matières différentes à enlever lors d'un traitement dentaire à la limite du tissu osseux sain, ou bien, éventuellement, pour enlever par abrasion le tissu osseux sain. Par l'intermédiaire d'une buse montée sur un outil à main dentaire, un liquide sous haute pression est dirigé, sous la forme d'un jet de liquide libre concentré, avec une énergie cinétique élevée, sur la face dentaire à traiter. L'organe de travail de l'outil à main (5) est formé par une buse (6) adaptée pour l'émission d'un jet de liquide concentré sous haute pression, qui est alimentée en liquide par une source d'énergie, à savoir une unité d'alimentation (2) hydraulique commandée par un régulateur de pression (28) réglable. L'unité d'alimentation (2) hydraulique contient une pompe (17) hydraulique actionnée par une unité d'entraînement et reliée à un contenant à liquide (3). Dans la conduite d'alimentation de cette pompe hydraulique (17) conduisant à la buse (6) est montée une vanne à trois voies (37) à commande pneumatique, dans le circuit de commande pneumatique de laquelle sont montées une soupape de palpeur d'outil (39), actionnée par un organe de commande détectant l'élévation de l'outil à main (5), et une soupape de pied (40) actionnée par une commande à pied.
