- A ventilated filter cigarette according to Claim 4, wherein flavours, acids or bases in suspended or dissolved form, or selectively acting adsorbents such as activated carbon or SiO2 are used as additives.
- A ventilated filter cigarette according to one of Claims 1 to 5, wherein the core (I) of the mouth-side coaxial filter section (4) is made from coarse-titre fibre material, the value for the individual titre lying in the range of 3.0 to 8.0 den and the overall titre lying in the range of 15,000 to 50,000 den.
- A ventilated filter cigarette according to Claim 6, wherein the individual titre is 6.0 den and the overall titre 17,000 den.
- A ventilated filter cigarette according to one of Claims 1 to 5, wherein the sleeve (2) of the mouth-side coaxial filter section (4) made of fibre material lies with an individual titre in the range of 1.5 to 3.0 den and the overall titre lies in the range of 40,000 to 75,000.
- A ventilated filter cigarette according to Claim 8, wherein the individual titre is 2.1 den and the overall titre is about 55,000 den.
- A ventilated filter cigarette according to Claim 1, wherein the ratio of the pressure drop of the core (1) to that of the sleeve (2) is greater than 2.
- A ventilated filter cigarette according to Claim 10, wherein the ratio of the pressure drop of the core (1) to that of the sleeve (2) is about 6.
- A ventilated filter cigarette according to Claim 1, wherein the surface of the core is sheathed impermeably to air or is made impermeable to air.
