Abstract
Beim Offenend-Spinnen wird in Abstimmung mit vorgegebenen Arbeitsphasen ein Fadensaugrohr (3), mit welchem ein sich von einer Spule (121) erstreckender Faden (F) vorübergehend aufgenommen werden soll, nacheinander in unterschiedliche Arbeitsebenen (Ea, Eb) gebracht, in welchen dem Fadenabsaugrohr (3) in Abhängigkeit von der eingenommenen Arbeitsebene (Ea, Eb) in Abstimmung mit der jeweiligen Arbeitsphase jeweils eine definierte Arbeitsbewegung erteilt wird. Die Arbeitsstellungen (3b, 3c) des zumindest in zwei Arbeitsebenen (Ea, Eb) bewegbaren Fadensaugrohres (3) sind derart festgelegt, dass, wenn sich das Fadensaugrohr (3) in seiner Arbeitsstellung (3b, 3c) in einer ersten Arbeitsebene (Ea) befindet, ein sich von der auf der Spulwalze (120) aufliegenden Spule (121) zum Fadensaugrohr (3) erstreckender Faden (F) den Changierbereich eines Changierfadenführers (126) kreuzt, sich jedoch außerhalb dieses Changierbereiches befindet, wenn das Fadensaugrohr (3) seine Arbeitsstellung (3A) in einer weiteren Arbeitsebene (Eb) einnimmt. Das Fadensaugrohr (3) ist auf einer Schwenkachse gelagert, welche ihrerseits auf einer weiteren Schwenkachse gelagert ist. In open-end spinning, a thread suction pipe (3), with which a thread (F) extending from a bobbin (121) is to be temporarily picked up, is brought into different working planes (E a , E b ), in coordination with predetermined working phases which the thread suction pipe (3) is given a defined work movement depending on the working level (E a , E b ) in coordination with the respective work phase. The working positions (3b, 3c) of the thread suction tube (3), which can be moved at least in two working levels (E a , E b ), are defined in such a way that when the thread suction tube (3) is in its working position (3b, 3c) in a first working level ( E a ), a thread (F) extending from the bobbin (120) lying on the bobbin (120) to the thread suction tube (3) crosses the traversing area of a traversing thread guide (126), but is outside of this traversing area when the thread suction tube ( 3) occupies its working position (3A) on a further working level (E b ). The thread suction tube (3) is mounted on a pivot axis, which in turn is supported on a further pivot axis.
