Claims (29)

  1. Récipient et couvercle thermoformés en matière plastique à parois minces, avec une épaisseur de matériau (t) comprise entre 0,1 et 2,0 mm, le récipient (1) comportant une portion inférieure (2) et une portion (4) formant paroi, et une partie de fermeture (3), la partie de fermeture (3) comportant un filetage (5) et une face annulaire (7) de fermeture par scellement, et le couvercle (20) comprenant une partie de fermeture (22) et une partie (24) formant couvercle, avec un côté (24a) de dessous et un côté (24b) de dessus, la partie de fermeture (22) comprenant un filetage (26) et une face annulaire (28) de fermeture par scellement agencée pour interagir avec ladite face (7) de fermeture par scellement que comprend le récipient (1) afin de être assemblés par scellage l'une à l'autre, caractérisés en ce que l'extrémité libre (13) du collier (10) du récipient (1) a la plus grande dimension diamétrale du récipient (1) et en ce que la partie de fermeture (22) de couvercle (20) comprend une portion (32) formant paroi de raidissement qui s'étend vers le bas depuis une face supérieure (34) du couvercle et qui est disposée à l'intérieur dudit filetage (26).

  4. Récipient thermoformé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la face (7) de fermeture par scellement est disposée symétriquement autour d'un axe de symétrie (9), avec possibilité de rotation.
  5. Récipient thermoformé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la perpendiculaire à ladite face (7) de fermeture par scellement est disposée essentiellement parallèlement audit axe de symétrie (9).
  6. Récipient thermoformé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit filetage (5) est aménagé dans un collier (10), de préférence située dans la portion supérieure du récipient.
  7. Récipient thermoformé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'essentiellement chaque zone vue en coupe passant par le collier (10) parallèlement à la ligne de symétrie (9) comporte au moins une arête de filetage (5a).
  8. Récipient thermoformé selon la revendication 6, 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit collier (10) forme une portion dirigée vers le bas, la face (12) du récipient la plus élevée se composant de matériau qui s'étend entre la portion (10) formant collier et la portion (2, 4) formant récipient.
  9. Récipient thermoformé selon les revendications 3 et 8, caractérisé en ce que la face (7) de fermeture par scellement est constituée par la face (12) du récipient la plus élevée.
  10. Récipient thermoformé selon les revendications 3 et 8, caractérisé en ce que la portion (10) formant collier est filetée extérieurement pour recevoir un couvercle, et en ce qu'elle entoure la face (7) de fermeture par scellement et de préférence une partie supérieure de la portion (4) formant paroi, une partie de fermeture (3) de raidissement étant formée.
  11. Récipient thermoformé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit collier (10) est fileté intérieurement pour recevoir un couvercle, et en ce qu'il forme une portion dirigée vers le haut, de sorte qu'il forme une prolongation du récipient.
  12. Récipient thermoformé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la face (7) de fermeture par scellement est aménagée sur une arête de scellement, de préférence entre ladite portion (4) formant paroi et une portion (14) de paroi supérieure.
  13. Récipient thermoformé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la portion (4) formant paroi passe principalement directement dans l'arête de fermeture par scellement.
  14. Couvercle thermoformé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de matériau du filetage (5) est essentiellement la même que l'épaisseur du matériau pour la partie (24) formant couvercle.

  25. Récipient thermoformé selon la revendication 5, avec un couvercle selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que la portion (32) formant paroi du couvercle a la même inclinaison vers l'extérieur par rapport au plan vertical qu'une portion formant paroi (14) correspondante du récipient.
  26. Récipient et couvercle thermoformés selon la revendication 24, caractérisés en ce que la portion (32) formant paroi du couvercle a une plus longue extension verticale qu'une partie formant paroi (14) correspondante du récipient, ce grâce à quoi le couvercle peut être vissé sur le récipient de sorte que ladite portion annulaire (28) du couvercle soit pressée contre la face (7) de fermeture par scellement que comprend le récipient.
  27. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un récipient et/ou d'un couvercle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel un matériau en plastique à parois minces sous forme de feuille est utilisé comme matériau de départ et dans lequel un thermoformage au moyen d'un vide ou d'une pression est utilisé lors de la fabrication, caractérisé en ce que les pièces prêtes à être formées sont tout d'abord poinçonnées et ensuite tournées hors de l'outil de formage.
  28. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un récipient et/ou d'un couvercle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel un matériau en plastique à parois minces sous forme de feuille est utilisé comme matériau de départ et dans lequel un thermoformage au moyen d'un vide ou d'une pression est utilisé lors de la fabrication, caractérisé en ce que la partie filetée de chaque forme dans l'outil de formage est disposée avec possibilité de rotation, de sorte que la ou les pièce(s) prêtes à être formée(s) puisse(nt) être éjectée(s) avec la feuille hors de l'outil par ladite partie mobile en rotation, la pièce prête à être formée étant soulevée directement vers le haut hors de la forme.
  29. Procédé selon la revendication 28, caractérisé en ce que la pièce finie est poinçonnée hors du matériau sous forme de feuille après l'éjection hors de l'outil de formage.
