Then, once the hole has been passed, the post element is "pulled” in contrast with the spring so as to arrange the oscillating element substantially at right angles to the stem, in the locking position.

Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif (1) de fixation d'un ensemble de siège d'une cuvette de toilette, comprenant un élément montant (2) présentant une tige (4) qui est apte à venir en prise avec un trou (5) d'une cuvette (3) et un élément d'oscillation (8, 108, 208, 308, 408, 508) qui est associé à ladite tige (4) et qui présente au moins deux positions actives : une position d'insertion, dans laquelle ledit élément d'oscillation (8, 108, 208, 308, 408, 508) et ladite tige (4) peuvent être insérés dans ledit trou (5) ; et une position de blocage, dans laquelle ledit élément d'oscillation (8, 108, 208, 308, 408, 508) empêche ladite tige (4) de glisser hors dudit trou (5), caractérisé en ce que ledit élément montant (2) peut venir en prise avec des moyens de support (6, 7) dudit ensemble de siège, et ledit élément d'oscillation (8, 108, 208, 308, 408, 508) comprend une plaque allongée munie d'une fente (9) qui vient en prise avec ladite tige (4).
  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite tige (4) est filetée et peut venir en prise avec un écrou (10), et en ce que ledit élément d'oscillation (8, 108, 208, 308, 408, 508) comprend un élément de contraste (111, 211, 411, 511) qui est apte à empêcher la rotation de l'écrou (10) au moins lorsque l'élément d'oscillation (8, 108, 208, 308, 408, 508) est dans la position de blocage.
  3. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'oscillation est constitué par une plaque plate allongée (108, 208, 508).
  4. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'oscillation est constitué par une plaque allongée (308, 408) qui est pliée à ses extrémités.
  5. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'oscillation est constitué par une plaque plate allongée (8) en forme de S.
  6. Dispositif (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de contraste est constitué par au moins un bord longitudinal plié (111, 411,511).
  7. Dispositif (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de contraste est constitué par deux bords longitudinaux pliés (511).
  8. Dispositif (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de contraste est constitué par un ou plusieurs goujons (211).
  9. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de contraste est constitué par des rebords formés par emboutissage.
