Abstract
Es wird eine Oberflächenschicht zur Bildung einer Lauffläche auf einer Zylinderwandung vorgeschlagen, die separate Phasen von Bestandteilen aufweist, welche von der Phase der übrigen Werkstoffe getrennt sind. Die Oberflächenschicht ist durch Plasmaspritzen eines eisenhaltigen Spritzpulvers erzeugt, welches alle Bestandteile der zu erzeugenden Schicht enthält. Eine derartige Oberflächenschicht ist einfach aufzubringen und weist eine deutlich verbesserte Zerspanbarkeit auf, ohne dass die anderen wichtigen Funktionen des Schichtwerkstoffes, insbesondere die Verschleissfestigkeit und der niedrige Reibungskoeffizient gegenüber den Kolbenringwerkstoffen, negativ beeinflusst werden. Bevorzugte Bestandteile des Spritzpulvers sind - neben Fe - Cr, Mn, S und C; weiter können As, Te, Se, Sb und/oder Bi vorhanden sein.There is proposed a surface layer for forming a tread on a cylinder wall having separate phases of components separated from the phase of the remaining materials. Preferred constituents of the spray powder are - in addition to Fe - Cr, Mn, S and C; furthermore, As, Te, Se, Sb and / or Bi may be present.
