Gebindepackung für Zigarettenpackungen (11) - sogenannte Zigarettenstange -, mit einem eine Packungsgruppe (10) umgebenden Gebindezuschnitt (16), der eine Vorderwand (17), Rückwand (18), Seitenwände (19, 20) und Stirnwände (21, 22) aufweist. Zur leichten Identifizierung des InhaltS der Gebindepackung ist die Vorderwand (17) mit einem Fenster (27) versehen, welches Teilbereiche von mehreren Packungen nach aussen erkennen lässt.

Gebindepackung für Zigaretten
Beschrei bung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gebindepackung für Zigaretten - sogenannte Zigarettenstange -, bei der eine Gruppe von Zigarettenpackungen von einem Gebindezuschnitt aus (dünnem) Karton, Papier oder Folie umgeben ist unter Bildung von großflächiger Vorderwand und Rückwand sowie von Seitenwänden und Stirnwänden.
Derartige Gebindepackungen für Zigaretten bestehen üblicherweise aus zehn Zigarettenpackungen, die vorwiegend in zwei Reihen angeordnet sind. Die Zigarettenpackungen sind dabei so an- geordnet, dass sie mit großflächiger Vorderseite und Rückseite aneinander liegen. Der Gebindezuschnitt umgibt die Gruppe der Zigarettenpackungen vollständig.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, derartige Gebinde- Packungen für Zigaretten hinsichtlich der Gestaltung zu verbessern, insbesondere derart, dass Informationen über den Inhalt vermittelt werden.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Gebinde- packung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Vorderwand und/oder der Rückwand und/oder der Seitenwände eine Ausnehmung gebildet ist - Fenster -, durch das mindestens eine Zigarettenpackung in voller Breite der Vorderseite und/oder einer Stirnseite bzw. Bodenseite sichtbar ist.
Das erfindungsgemäß vorzugsweise im Bereich der Vorderwand des Gebindezuschnitts angeordnete Fenster gibt demnach den Blick frei auf den Inhalt, und zwar insbesondere auf die Vorderseite mindestens einer Zigarettenpackung. Das Fenster ist dabei vor- zugsweise so dimensioniert, dass die charakteristischen Bereiche der mittig positionierten Zigarettenpackung von außen erkennbar sind, so dass insbesondere auch die Gestaltung der Packung erkennbar ist. Bei Zigarettenpackungen des Typs Klapp- schachtel/Hinge-Lid ist ein (kleinerer) Bereich der Vorderseite eines Deckels und ein (größerer) Bereich eines Schachtel teil s erkennbar, wobei sich das Fenster vorzugsweise über die Breite einer Packung sowie etwa über die halbe Breite der jeweils zu dieser benachbarten Packungen erstreckt.
Das Fenster ist vorzugsweise abgedeckt. Bei Gebindepackungen ohne Außenumhüllung aus Folie ist innenseitig am Gebindezuschnitt im Bereich des Fensters ein Folienzuschnitt angebracht, der eine verschlossene Gebindepackung auch im Bereich des Fensters gewährleistet.
Gemäß einem weiteren Vorschlag der Erfindung kann das Fenster hinsichtlich der Kontur so ausgebildet sein, dass es eine Information über den Inhalt, also über die Marke bzw. Gestaltung der Zigarettenpackung vermittelt.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Merkmale der Gebindepackung werden nachfolgend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Es geht um die Gestaltung von Gebindepackungen für Zigaretten, sogenannte Zigarettenstangen. Eine Packungsgruppe 10 aus üblicherweise zehn Zigarettenpackungen 11 ist als Inhalt der Gebindepackung in zwei Packungsreihen 12, 13 positioniert. Die Rela- tivstellung ist so gewählt, dass die Zigarettenpackungen der beiden Packungsreihen 12, 13 mit einer Vorderseite 14 und einer Rückseite 15 aneinander liegen.
Die Packungsgruppe 10 ist zur Bildung der Gebindepackung von einem Gebindezuschnitt 16 umgeben. Dieser kann aus geeignetem Verpackungsmaterial bestehen, wie Papier oder Folie. Bei den in den Zeichnungen dargestellten, bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen besteht der Gebindezuschnitt 16 aus (dünnem) Karton.
Der Gebindezuschnitt 16 umgibt die Packungsgruppe 10 allseitig. Der Gebindezuschnitt 16 bildet demnach eine großflächige Vor- derwand 17, eine entsprechend großflächige Rückwand 18, schmalere, langgestreckte Seitenwände 19, 20 und Stirnwände 21, 22. Letztere bestehen aus besonders ausgebildeten Stirnwandlappen, und zwar Innenlappen 23, 24 und einem äußeren Decklappen 25, der jeweils an die freien, schmalen Seiten der Vorderwand 17 anschließt. Die Rückwand 18 ist darüber hinaus mit einem Verbindungsstreifen 26 versehen, der mit einem innenseitigen Randstreifen der Seitenwand 19 durch Klebung verbunden ist.
Mindestens eine großflächige Wand des Gebindezuschnitts 16, nämlich insbesondere die Vorderwand 17, ist mit einem Fenster 27 versehen. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Ausnehmung bzw. Ausstanzung, die mittig in der rechteckigen Vorderwand 17 positioniert ist. Das Fenster 27 ist länglich ausgebildet entsprechend der geometrischen Gestalt der Vorderwand 17. Bei dem Ausfüh- rungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 1 bis Fig. 3 ist das Fenster 27 parallel ogrammförmig ausgestaltet, nämlich mit zwei parallelen Längskanten 28 und schräggerichteten, ebenfalls parallelen Querkanten 29. Die Längskanten 28 laufen parallel und mit vorzugsweise gleichen Abständen von benachbarten Faltkanten 30, 31 der Vorderwand 17.
Das Fenster 27 läßt einen Teilbereich des Packungsinhalts, nämlich der Packungsgruppe 10, von außen erkennen. Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind drei mittlere, nebeneinanderliegende Zigarettenpackungen 11 erkennbar, und zwar deren Vorderseite 14. Das Fenster 27 ist so positioniert, dass bei Zigaret- tenpackungen 11 des Typs Klappschachtel, wie in den Zeichnungen dargestellt, ein vorderseitiger Teilbereich eines Deckels 32 und eines Schachtel tei 1 s 33 erkennbar sind und damit die wichtigsten Einzelheiten zur Identifizierung des Packungstyps bzw. der Marke.
Deckel 32 und Schachtel tei 1 33 sind in den einander zugekehrten Bereichen durch eine (untere) Schließkante 34 des Deckels und eine (obere) Gegenschi ießkante 35 des Schachtel teil s 33 begrenzt. Bei den gezeigten Beispielen sind die beiden Schließ- kanten 34, 35 teilweise in einem Abstand voneinander angeordnet, so dass frontseitig eine Öffnung bzw. ein Fenster gebildet ist, in dessen Bereich ein innenseitiger Kragen 36 freiliegt, also von außen erkennbar ist. Die Gestaltung der Ausnehmung bzw. des Fensters der einzelnen Klappschachtel ist durch das Fenster 27 hinsichtlich einer mittigen Zigarettenpackung 11 komplett und hinsichtlich benachbarter Zigarettenpackungen 11 teilweise, nämlich etwa hälftig, sichtbar. Auch ist erkennbar, dass es sich beispielsweise bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 1 und 2 um Klappschachteln mit aufrechten Rundkanten 37, 38 handelt.
Das Fenster 27 kann offen sein, insbesondere bei Gebindepackungen mit einer Außenumhüllung 39 aus klarsichtiger Folie. Wenn diese fehlt, ist zweckmäßigerweise das Fenster 27 mit einer durchsichtigen inneren Abdeckung versehen, nämlich mit einem Folienzuschnitt 40 aus durchsichtigem Material. Der Folienzu- schnitt 40 ist innenseitig ringsherum mit einem Randbereich an der Vorderwand 17 befestigt, zum Beispiel durch Klebung.
Das Fenster 27 kann unterschiedliche Konturen und Abmessungen aufweisen, letztere ist jedoch so bemessen, dass die Formstabilität der Packung nicht beeinträchtigt ist. Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 6 und 7 ist die geometrische Gestalt des schmalen, streifenförmigen Fensters 27 an die geometrische Gestalt der Vorderseite 14 der Zigarettenpackung 11 angepasst, nämlich an die Form der Ausnehmung bzw. des Fensters zwischen den Schließkanten 34 und Gegenschi ießkanten 35. Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 6 ist die Schließkante 34 geradlinig und die Gegenschi ießkante des Schachtel tei 1 s 33 abgewinkelt ausgebildet. Entsprechende Kontur weist das Fenster 27 auf.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 7 ist ein von den Schließkanten 34, 35 begrenztes Sichtfeld des Kragens 36 besonders gestaltet. Diese Form findet sich wieder im Fenster 27 des Gebindezuschnitts 16. Anhand des Fensters 27 und damit anhand einer äußeren Markierung des Gebindezuschnitts 16 ist demnach die Gestalt der Zigarettenpackung 11 erkennbar.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Gebindepackung für Zigarettenpackungen (11) - sogenannte Zigarettenstange -, bei der eine Packungsgruppe (10) von einem Gebindezuschnitt (16) aus (dünnem) Karton, Papier oder Folie umgeben ist unter Bildung einer großflächigen Vorderwand (17), einer entsprechenden Rückwand (18), Seitenwänden (19, 20) und Stirnwänden (21, 22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Vorderwand (17) und/oder der Rückwand (18) und/oder der Seitenwände (19, 20) mindestens eine Ausnehmung angeordnet ist - Fenster (27) -, durch das mindestens eine Zigarettenpackung (11) in einem sich über die volle Breite derselben erstreckenden Bereich nach außen sichtbar ist.
2. Gebindepackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das im Bereich der Vorderwand (17) angeordnete, langge- streckte Fenster (27) einen Teilbereich der Vorderseite (14) einer Zigarettenpackung (11) in voller Breite und darüber hinaus Teilbereiche von zwei benachbarten Zigarettenpackungen (11) umfasst, vorzugsweise etwa die halbe Breite der beiden benachbarten Zigarettenpackungen (11).
3. Gebindepackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fenster (27) rechteckig oder paral lelogram - för ig ausgebildet ist mit zwei Längskanten (28) parallel zu Faltkanten (30, 31) der Vorderwand (17) und unter einem Winkel zu den Längskanten (28) angeordneten Querkanten (29).

Gebindepackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das langgestreckte Fenster (27) unter Anpassung an Formen oder Gestaltungselementen der Zigarettenpackungen (11) konturiert ist, vorzugsweise unter Anpassung an die geometrische Gestalt von Schließkanten (34) und Gegenschi ießkanten (35) zwischen Deckel (32) und Schachtel tei 1 (33) einer Klappschachtel bzw. einer durch die Schließkanten (34, 35) gebildeten, frontseitigen Ausnehmung.
5. Gebindepackung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fenster (27) mit einer innenseitig angebrachten, durchsichtigen Abdeckung versehen ist, insbesondere mit einem an der Innenseite der Vorderwand (17) angebrachten Folienzuschnitt (40), der das Fenster (27) vollständig abdeckt.
6. Gebindepackung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das offene Fenster (27) von einer Außenumhüllung (39) der Gebindepackung aus Folie außen abgedeckt ist.
