Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mast for from the ground supplied electrical equipment, such as lighting, Traffic signal systems, overhead lines or radio antennas as well as procedures for months of such a mast and for maintenance on such a mast.
Such, also referred to as a light pole masts according to the prior art, a piece above the ground a door opening access to the connections of the supply lines allows. This door must costly fall out against, Sabotage or vandalism are protected.
Diese Konstruktion gemäß dem Stand der Technik hat folgende Nachteile:This construction according to the prior art has the following Disadvantage:
The construction is susceptible to vandalism, she poses a danger, because behind the door often considerable tension abut, in the production must on great accuracy of the Doors are respected, resulting in significant additional manufacturing costs requires the statics of the mast must be on the opening be voted on, so in this area must be a corresponding Reinforcement are provided, the doors are optical not nice and are endangered in the bottom area by corrosion and may be the ingress of water in the rain or Cause snowfall. In addition, there is a collision of a Vehicle with such a mast the danger that the Mast breaks off at the point of weakness formed by the door.
The closest prior art results from this GB-2 077 806 A. This shows already such a mast, in which a maintenance opening by a plugged second Pipe to be closed and by lifting this second Tube can be made accessible.
Nevertheless, this mast is according to the state of Technology is still a "classic" one-piece light pole, in which only the previous door by a plugged Pipe sleeve is closed. Further describes GB-A-1 100 108 shows the reinforcement of a mast by insertion an additional reinforcing tube from the inside in the area the maintenance door. From DE-1 097 113 B is the gain a one-piece pipe mast by plastic springs known. Based on this prior art, it is the task of the present invention, such a mast to further that transport and installation of the mast considerably be simplified.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of the claim 1 solved.
According to the invention thus a relatively short bottom tube in the ground anchored and can with all electrical connection devices etc. be provided. Only at the end will that be second pipe plugged, which then the electrical equipment wearing. Incidentally, by the total length of the Masts significantly reduced what both the manufacture as well simplifies and facilitates the transport of the masts.
Thus, the assembly and installation of the masts is essential relieved, as the bottom pipe pre-assembled and the corresponding electrical wiring can be installed, and then later the actual mast can be put on it.
Assembly and maintenance work can be carried out with the procedures described in
of
It is particularly preferred that the bottom tube grooves for the leadership of the second tube, so the upper part of the mast when lifting has. This way you can be sure be that, for example, curved light poles or masts, carry the traffic signals, not accidentally be twisted during maintenance.
It is particularly preferred, two opposing one another To provide grooves in the bottom tube.
To tilt when lifting the top of the mast avoid, it is particularly preferred that the bottom tube profiled and form with plastic springs.
An additional stabilization and additional security against unauthorized access to the electrical equipment in the mast can preferably be achieved in that in the assembled state, the bottom tube with the second tube by means a bolt inserted transversely through both pipes is, which is secured by screwed cap nuts.
In this embodiment of the mast can in the bottom tube above the maintenance opening extending transversely through the bottom tube Be provided bore into which the bolt inserted can be when the second tube is raised. On This way, a fuse of the top of the mast against Slide down during maintenance. It is so ensured that the top of the mast do not slip during maintenance work and if necessary the Can injure maintenance personnel.
To increase the stability of the mast during maintenance it is particularly preferred if the bottom tube in pushed up state always more than two and a half times the inner diameter of the second tube protrudes into this.
To further stabilize the mast can be in the plastic springs Steel cables can be arranged.
The mast according to the invention for supplied from the ground electrical
Installations such as lighting, traffic signals,
Overhead lines, radio antennas or illuminated
Traffic sign consists of one in the usual way in the
Floor anchored inner tube, which is referred to as
The bottom tube usually extends about one meter high out of the ground, with the maintenance opening about 50 to 70 cm above the ground. The bottom tube is as in Fig. 2 shown, profiled and with plastic springs, ie provided with edge reinforcements made of plastic.

On the
In the
dargestellt. When fully assembled, this can be the top of the
The
Instead of
So that the top of the mast during maintenance
does not have to be supported laterally, it is recommended that

If particularly stable masts are required, in pulled or coextruded steel ropes the plastic springs be in the event of a collision of a vehicle with the mast a shearing of the mast and an associated uncontrolled Prevent bending or falling over of the mast. These In addition, steel cables can be used as protection up to the pulled up to the mast fixed electrical system and be connected with this. This can cause a fall the electrical system in a collision of a vehicle be prevented with the mast in most cases.
Bohrung einzusetzen. Auf diese Weise kann der Oberteil des
Mastes bis auf die Wartungshöhe abgesenkt werden. In diesem
The assembly of the mast according to the invention thus takes place in such a way
that the
