Cartridges which are filled with adhesive are known, for example from EP 0 518 067 A2. Such cartridges are placed in hot glue guns, in which the cartridge together Content is heated until it can be conveyed out of the cartridge and applied. Further is known from EP 0 518 067 A2 a reactive hot melt adhesive based on epoxy resin Add fillers and dyes.
It is also known to spray on hot melt adhesive which is solid at room temperature Spray guns. For this purpose, the hot melt adhesive is heated until it is liquid, and by means of Spraying applied to the surfaces to be glued. Depending on the design of the Spray gun can be heated both by a heater integrated in the spray gun (e.g. as with the cartridge hot spray system TR 80.3 from Reka Klebetechnik GmbH) as well as by an external heater (for example in accordance with EP 0 158 097 B1).
With regard to release agents which are solid at room temperature, these release agents are known applied by hand, which is difficult. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Kartusche 1 im Querschnitt.
Fig. 1 shows a
Kartusche 1 enthaltene Menge Trennmittel 2 (ca. 320 ml) ca. 2 g Pigmente zugefügt. Dabei
% betragen. The wax used as
The
As shown schematically in FIG. 2, the
Betonschalung 12 sichtbar. In order to spray the
