Claims (6)
- Leistungsschalter mit einem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Schaltkammergehäuse (1) und einem in dem Schaltkammergehäuse (1) angeordneten Unterbrecher, der mindestens ein festes Schaltstück (4, 5), welches über eine Stromschiene (8, 9) mit einer entsprechenden Anschlußklemme (6, 7) verbunden ist, und ein verschwenk- oder verschiebbares Schaltstück, welches in seiner geschlossenen Stellung mit dem festen Schaltstück (4, 5) verbindbar ist, umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stromschiene (8, 9) innerhalb der Außenwand (16, 17) des Schaltkammergehäuses (1) angeordnet und mit dieser großflächig form- und/oder kraftschlüssig verbunden ist und daß die Stromschiene (8,9) mit dem die Außenwände (16, 17) des Schaltkammergehäuses (1) bildenden Kunststoff umspritzt ist.
- Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stromschiene (8, 9) schleifenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den beiden Schenkeln (10-13) der Stromschiene (8, 9) ein ebenfalls mit dem die Außenwände (16, 17) des Schaltkammergehäuses (1) bildenden Kunststoff umspritzter Blasfeldmagnet (14, 15) angeordnet ist.
- Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Unterbrecher um einen Dreh-Doppelunterbrecher mit zwei festen Schaltstücken (4, 5) handelt, die jeweils über eine Stromschiene (8, 9) mit einer entsprechenden Anschlußklemme (6, 7) verbunden sind.
- Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Schaltkammergehäuse (1) aus zwei gleichartig aufgebauten Gehäusemodulen (2, 3) zusammensetzt, wobei in jedem der Gehäusemodule (2, 3) ein festes Schaltstück (4, 5) angeordnet ist, welches über eine entsprechende Stromschiene (8, 9) mit einer Anschlußklemme (6, 7) verbunden ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung des Leistungsschalters nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Stromschiene (8, 9) sowie gegebenenfalls ein der Stromschiene (8, 9) zugeordneter Blasfeldmagnet (14, 15) als Einleger in ein Formwerkzeug zur Herstellung des Schaltkammergehäuses (1) eingebracht wird und daß dann die Herstellung des Schaltkammergehäuses (1) mittels Spritzgießens vorgenommen wird.
