- un caisson ayant une ouverture frontale, équipé intérieurement d'une ou plusieurs résistances électriques et d'un système de ventilation et dont chaque montant latéral comporte x glissières pour x plaques de cuisson,
- éventuellement une première batterie de résistances électriques
- y ensembles comprenant chacun une sole réfractaire et une seconde batterie de résistances électriques disposées immédiatement sous ladite sole réfractaire, y étant égal ou supérieur à 1
- éventuellement un caisson ayant une ouverture frontale et contenant les y ensembles et éventuellement la première batterie de résistances électriques.
Claims (6)
- Four à chauffage électrique caractérisé en ce qu'il comportea) une structure de base (1) qui comporte un châssis (2) ayant une ouverture frontale (3) et n portes superposées pour la fermeture de ladite ouverture frontale (3), etb) n modules , chaque étant monté dans le volume intérieur du châssis (2), en regard d'une porte (4) donnée , lesdits modules étant choisis parmi les deux types suivants :b1) un premier type de module pour cuisson à chauffage ventilécomprenant :un caisson ayant une ouverture frontale, équipé intérieurement d'une ou plusieurs résistances électriques et d'un système de ventilation et dont chaque montant latéral comporte x glissières pour x plaques de cuisson,b2) un second type de module pour cuisson à chauffage statique comprenant :éventuellement une première batterie de résistances électriquesy ensembles comprenant chacun une sole réfractaire et une seconde batterie de résistances électriques disposées immédiatement sous ladite sole réfractaire, y étant égal ou supérieur à 1,éventuellement un caisson ayant une ouverture frontale et contenant les y ensembles et éventuellement la première batterie de résistances électriques.
- Four selon la revendication 1 , totalement à circulation forcée , les modules étant tous du premier type (7).
- Four selon la revendication 1, totalement à chauffage statique,les n modules étant tous du second type (21).
- Four mixte selon la revendication 1 à la fois à circulation forcée et à chauffage statique, les n modules étant des deux types (7,21).
- Four selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux portes superposées.
- Four selon les revendications 4 et 5 caractérisé en ce que le premier type de module (7) comporte quatre plaques de cuisson et le second type de module (21) comporte deux ensembles (14) comprenant chacune une sole réfractaire (15) et une seconde batterie de résistances électriques (16).
