Claims (22)
- Ensemble (1) pour l'application d'un produit (P) sur les cheveux ou le cuir chevelu, comportant un réservoir (4) d'axe (X) pour ledit produit (P), surmonté d'une tête d'application (3) comprenant une embase (22) portant au moins deux embouts d'application (20), chacun desdits embouts d'application (20) se présentant sous la forme d'une dent creuse traversée par un canal d'acheminement (25) débouchant, à une extrémité libre de la dent, sur un orifice de distribution (24) et en communication avec le réservoir, des moyens élastiquement déformables (30) étant prévus entre ladite embase (22) et le réservoir (4), permettant un mouvement relatif de l'embase par rapport au réservoir, en réponse à une contrainte axiale et/ou latérale exercée sur l'un au moins des embouts.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ledit mouvement relatif est un mouvement le long de l'axe (X) et/ou de pivotement selon n'importe quelle direction radiale par rapport à l'axe (X).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiquement déformables (30) sont formés par une membrane annulaire.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiquement déformables (30) sont formés par une portion de moindre épaisseur.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiquement déformables (30) sont formés par une portion comportant un soufflet ou au moins une ondulation annulaire.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiquement déformables (30) sont formés en un matériau élastomérique.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le matériau élastomérique présente une dureté Shore A comprise entre 40 et 70.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiquement déformables (30) sont solidaires d'un organe, notamment sous forme d'une bague (26), apte à assurer la fixation de la tête d'application (3) sur le réservoir (4).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dents (20) sont sensiblement rigides.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dents (20) sont obtenues de moulage avec ladite embase (22).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'application (3) est réalisée par biinjection ou surmoulage d'un premier matériau en élastomère pour former lesdits moyens élastiquement déformables, et d'un second matériau de rigidité supérieure à la rigidité du premier pour former l'embase (22) ainsi que le moyen de fixation (26).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dents (20) présentent une forme tronconique, de section décroissante en direction de l'orifice de distribution (24).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dents (20) sont au nombre d'au moins trois.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dents (20) sont au nombre de trois, et disposées sur l'embase (22) selon un triangle, notamment selon un triangle isocèle.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dents (20) ont une orientation générale d'axe (Y), parallèle par rapport à l'axe (X).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les dents (20) ont une orientation générale d'axe (Y), divergent par rapport à l'axe (X).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dents (20) sont de hauteur (H) sensiblement identique.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (22) présente une forme de dôme.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (22) se raccorde à au moins une paroi périphérique (30, 31) formant une gouttière (23), entourant tout ou partie desdites dents (20).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (4) comporte un corps (5) dont les parois sont déformables élastiquement.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (4) est conformé de manière à faire office d'organe de préhension.
- Utilisation d'un ensemble d'application (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour l'application d'un produit (P) sur la chevelure ou sur le cuir chevelu, et en particulier pour l'application d'une teinture capillaire sur la chevelure.
