Description

The present invention relates to a maneuvering member according to the preamble of claim 1. Such organ is known from EP 485 767 A.

As part of this application most of the dormant frames of door, window or French window has two opening frames including a frame the main term "service" and a second one whose occasional use allows put at any profit the entire opening of the wall bay light or of the partition in which the door or window assemblies are fixed or French window.

It does not matter whether these French windows are of the sliding type, opening up to the French, tilt and turn, etc ... In the same way, it does not matter that the nature of the material used for the realization of the dormant frames and opening either in wood, PVC, or aluminum or metal.

Indeed, the whole thing is to be able to operate a mechanism through a control organ, which does not remain in a conventional way emerging permanently from the vertical plane of the wall of the leaf that it equips.

In this regard, users wish to have a command that can be selectively removed or permanently presenting no obstacle during a period of non-use, in short this device must be retractable and erasable.

In fact, the amount of an opening of the kind intended for uses occasional (cleaning, maintenance, etc ...) is equipped here for the example, of a cremone-lock and without handle.

Only remains, therefore, the circular light through the plane of the door that discovers the follower. This light usually allows to pass the square of the actuator and place it in the section opening correspondent of the follower.

For aesthetic reasons, caches were lodged in the square light of the fouillot. The latter was removed to place a handful when needed was to unlock and open the leaf.

The object of the present invention is to create a maneuvering device which has no apparent handle protruding leaf comprising a housing cremone or the like.

According to the invention, this actuator comprises a section finger square engaged removably, in mounting position, in the complementary section recess of the follower, this finger carrying at one of its ends a blade, the whole of the blade being movable, in the mounting position, between a position applied against said leaf face and a position in which it protrudes sufficiently outward from this face to constitute a grip for the user, the finger carrying means forming a stop to define said projecting position of the blade and is characterized in that said stop means cooperate with the recess of the leaf in which the finger is engaged, these means being elastically erasable when introducing the finger into the recess and when removing it from this recess.

Thus, the actuator according to the invention does not include any handle making permanent projection on the leaf, but forms a simple cache that hides the recess of the leaf behind which is located the follower.

When the user wishes to open the opening frame, it is sufficient to remove the movable portion of the blade to an outwardly projecting position in which this mobile part can constitute a maneuvering organ occasionally to control the rotation of the follower.

The appended figures represent a retractable maneuvering member or erasable cremone housing follower, espagnolette-lock, lock, lock or the like equipping the leaves or opening of doors, windows, patio doors, or the like, which comprise at least one opening frame of particular type intended to be locked or unlocked on its frame sleeping occasionally.

The operating member comprises a blade 15 and a finger 16.

The entire blade 15 is movable between a position applied against the face of the leaf 6 (see Figure 7), and a position in which (see Figure 8) it projects sufficiently outward from this face of the leaf 6 for constitute a grip for the user.

The finger 16 carries means forming a stop for defining said position in projection of the blade 15.

These abutment means cooperate with the recess 13 of the leaf 6 in which is engaged the finger 16. These means are elastically erasable when introducing the finger 16 into the recess 13 and when removing it of this recess.

As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the above means include an elastic collar 17 carried by the part of the finger 16 between the blade 15 and the square section portion of the finger 16 that can engage in the recess of the follower 4. The diameter of this flange 17 is greater than diameter of the recess 13 of the leaf 6.

The elasticity of the flange 17 is sufficient to allow it to fade when introducing the finger 16 into the recess 13 of the leaf 6.

However, when the user removes the blade 15, the collar 16 comes into stop against the rear of the recess 13 as shown in Figure 8.

In this position, the actuator can be rotated by the user.

Upon removal of this member, the flange 16 may fade.

In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the portion of square section the finger 16 is shaped to be able to engage freely in the recess fouillot.

Furthermore, the face of the blade 15 applied against the leaf 6 carries two pins 18 freely engaged in the openings 10 created in the leaf 6.

In the position shown in FIG. 5, the lugs 18 are disengaged openings 10, so that the user can turn the blade 15.

The actuator that has just been described responds to the loads for the invention and may non-exhaustively provide the role of a hides while being able to be used as an actuator of a follower.

More particularly this organ can equip any leaf before and for its laying on site, which saves the "keys" of construction or to abyss maneuvering organs already laid for the user.

In its cache function, it also avoids the introduction of bodies foreigners during periods of storage, transport and construction before delivery.

Claims (4)

1. Retractable or withdrawable actuation organ for the tumbler of a housing of an espagnolette, espagnolette-lock, lock, sliding bolt or the like the leaves of doors, windows, French windows or the like are provided with, which include at least one door- or window-frame of the type namely aimed at being occasionally locked or unlocked against its sash-frame, said actuating organ including a finger (16) with a square cross-section inserted in a removable way, in mounting position, in the recess with a complementary cross-section of the tumbler, this finger (16) carrying at one of its ends a blade (15), the blade unit (15) being movable, in mounting position, between a position applied against said face of the leaf (6) and a position in which it is sufficiently protruding outwardly with respect to this face to form a grip for the user, the finger (16) carrying means forming a stop for defining said protruding position of the blade (15), characterised in that said means forming a stop co-operate with the recess (13) of the leaf (6) in which the finger (16) is engaged, these means being elastically withdrawable during the insertion of the finger (16) into the recess (13) and the withdrawal of the latter from this recess(13).

Actuating organ according to claim 1, characterised in that said means include an elastic collar (17) carried by the portion of the finger (16) between the blade (15) and the portion with a square cross-section of the finger (16) which can engage into the recess of the tumbler, the diameter of this collar (17) being larger than the diameter of the recess (13) of the leaf (6).
3. Actuating organ according to claim 2, characterised in that the portion with a square cross-section of the finger (16) is so shaped as to be capable of freely engaging into the recess of the tumbler.
4. Actuating organ according to either one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the face of the blade (15) applied against the leaf (6) carries two catches (13) freely engaged in openings (10) provided for in the leaf (6).
