Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vibrator zur Einwirkung auf Rammgut, mit einer Linearantriebseinheit (7) in Form zumindest eines Hydraulikzylinders, dessen zumindest eine Kolbenstange unter Einwirkung einer Steuerung (9) bezüglich eines die Linearantriebseinheit aufnehmenden Tragrahmens (6) geradlinig wechselweise hin und her bewegt wird und dabei ihre Schwingungsbewegungen auf ein mit dem Rammgut verbundenes Halteelement (3) überträgt, wobei die mittels der Linearantriebseinheit erzeugte Schwingungsfrequenz und die von ihr ausgehende Antriebskraft veränderbar sind.
Mit der Erfindung wird der Vorschlag unterbreitet, die Linearantriebseinheit ausgangsseitig über die zumindest eine Kolbenstange an einem Außenrahmen (2) zu befestigen, der sich - relativ zum Tragrahmen (6) beweglich - in Richtung der Schwingungsbewegungen federnd an dem Tragrahmen (6) abstützt, wobei der Außenrahmen (2) einerseits das Halteelement (3) trägt und andererseits das Anbauteil für ein Trägergerät bildet.
