Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Folienabzugsvorrichtung für die Verpackungsfolie in einer Verpackungsmaschine, insbesondere in einer Beutelverpackungsmaschine.The invention relates to a film removal device for the packaging film in one Packaging machine, in particular in a bag packaging machine.
Um zu erreichen, dass die Verpackungsfolie (2) faltenfrei längs des Formatrohres (14) gezogen werden kann, ist es erfindungsgemäss vorgesehen, dass ein Folienvorschubwalzenpaar (9) mit einem Servomotor (12) für eine präzise Abschnittlänge mit genauem, hochdynamischem Ablaufprofil angetrieben wird und dass das Folienabzugsriemenpaar (18) mit mindestens einem momentengeregelten Motor (19) angetrieben wird.
