Claims (11)
- Stuhl mit Klappsitz, welcher eine Rückenlehne (1) und einen Sitz (2) aufweist, der an der Rückenlehne um eine Schwenkachse (6) angelenkt ist, wobei der Sitz (2) zwischen einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Stellung und einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Stellung beweglich ist, und der Stuhl weiterhin eine automatische Rückstelleinrichtung (8) des Sitzes (2) von seiner im Wesentlichen horizontalen Stellung in seine im Wesentlichen vertikale Stellung aufweist, wenn bei Benutzung ein Benutzer von dem Sitz (2) aufsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die automatische Rückstelleinrichtung (8) um die Schwenkachse (6) angeordnet ist, wobei die Schwenkachse (6) ihrerseits im Kontaktbereich zwischen den Flächen der Rückenlehne (1) und des Sitzes (2) angeordnet ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die automatische Rückstelleinrichtung des Sitzes in seiner im Wesentlichen vertikalen Stellung eine elastische Einrichtung (8) einstückig mit dem Sitz (2) aufweist, welche die Drehung des Sitzes (2) von seiner im Wesentlichen horizontalen Stellung in seine im Wesentlichen vertikale Stellung um die Schwenkachse (6) veranlasst, welche einstückig mit der Rückenlehne (1) ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die automatische Rückstelleinrichtung des Sitzes in seine im Wesentlichen vertikale Stellung ebenfalls eine Hülse(7) aufweist, die einstückig mit dem Sitz (2, 6) um die Schwenkachse angeordnet und um die Schwenkachse drehbar ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Einrichtung durch eine Schraubenfeder (8) gebildet ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Einstelleinrichtung (10) für die Komprimierung der Schraubenfeder (8) aufweist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstelleinrichtung für die Komprimierung der Schraubenfeder (8) durch eine Schraube (10) gebildet ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Dämpfungseinrichtung (11) für die Drehbewegung des Sitzes (2) zwischen seiner im Wesentlichen horizontalen Stellung und seiner im Wesentlichen vertikalen Stellung aufweist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämpfungseinrichtung (11) durch einen Körper (13) gebildet ist, in dessen Inneren ein Kolben (14) untergebracht ist, der mit einer Öffnung (17) versehen ist, die mit einer Luftkammer (15) in Verbindung steht, die zwischen dem Körper (13) und dem Kolben (14) gebildet ist; und durch eine einstückig mit dem Sitz (2) vorgesehene Rippe (12) gebildet ist, welche den oberen Abschnitt des Kolbens (14) kontaktiert, wenn der Sitz (2) von seiner im Wesentlichen horizontalen Stellung in seine im Wesentlichen vertikale Stellung dreht, und den Kolben (14) abwärts bewegt, wenn die Luft durch die Öffnung (17) herausströmt.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (13) eine Schraubenfeder (18) aufweist, die um den Körper angeordnet ist, wobei diese Schraubenfeder (18) ihrerseits mit dem Kolben (14) verbunden ist, der innerhalb des Körpers (13) derart untergebracht ist, dass eine Abwärtsbewegung des Kolben (14) gegen die Wirkung der Schraubenfeder (18) und unter Druckbeaufschlagung der Luft, welche in der Luftkammer (15) enthalten ist, ausgeführt wird.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine abdichtende Dichtung (16) aufweist, die zwischen dem Körper (13) und dem Kolben (14) angeordnet ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippe (12) sich über den gesamten Sitz (2) erstreckt und zwei Körper (13) mit ihren zugehörigen Kolben (14) vorgesehen sind, wobei von denen einer an jedem Ende der Rippe (12) angeordnet ist.
