Claims (6)
- Ölmodul für eine Brennkraftmaschine, bestehend aus einem Trägerelement, einer in dem Trägerelement integrierten Ölpumpe, einem Ölfilter, welches an das Trägerelement angeflanscht ist und wenigstens einem Druckregelventil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerelement (10) aus Kunststoff besteht und einen Flanschbereich der Brennkraftmaschine überdeckt und das Gehäuse für die Ölpumpe (12) im Flanschbereich der Brennkraftmaschine am Trägerelement (10) angeordnet ist.
- Ölmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ölfilter ein Gehäuseölfilter (21) ist mit einem metallfreien Filtereinsatz und die Rohflüssigkeitszuleitung und die Reinflüssigkeitsableitung in das Trägerelement (10) integriert sind.
- Ölmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mit dem Kühlmittel der Brennkraftmaschine durchströmter Ölkühler in das Trägerelement (10) integriert ist oder am Trägerelement angeflanscht ist.
- Ölmodul nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ölpumpe (12) eine Innenzahnradpumpe ist, welche in einem flanschförmigen flachen Aluminiumdruckgußteil (13) im Trägerelement (10) integriert ist.
- Ölmodul nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch das Ölmodul und die Ölpumpe hindurchführende Kurbelwelle (39) der Brennkraftmaschine nach außen mit einem Dichtring (28) ausgebildet ist, der in einem Flansch gehalten wird und eine Dicht- und/oder Schmutzlippe aus PTFE und einer eingespritzten Silikondichtung zur axialen Abdichtung der Kurbelwelle aufweist.
- Dichtring insbesondere zur Verwendung in einem Ölmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff mit umspritzter Dicht- und Schmutzlippe (30) aus PTFE und eingespritzter Silikondichtung (29) zur axialen Abdichtung einer Welle dient, wobei zum Einfügen der Welle eine Montagehülse (31) vorgesehen ist, welche die Dichtlippen vorpositioniert und mit einer Montageattrappe (33) der Welle eine exakte Zentrierung des Dichtrings (28) an einem Aufnahmeflansch erfolgt.
