- Mécanisme d'autorisation du déplacement d'un organe de commande par composition d'un code, l'organe de commande (12) constituant un premier élément de manoeuvre accessible directement depuis l'extérieur du mécanisme, le mécanisme étant du type qui fonctionne sans aucune source d'énergie électrique et qui comprend :un corps (26) destiné à être fixé au dispositif commandé par l'organe de commande (12), etplusieurs dispositifs d'arrêt (30) guidés dans le corps (26) et manoeuvrés par l'intermédiaire de poussoirs (16) mobiles par rapport au corps (26), les poussoirs (16) constituant un second dispositif de manoeuvre accessible directement depuis l'extérieur du mécanisme, etun dispositif de changement de code destiné à autoriser et interdire un changement de code et à permettre la saisie d'un nouveau code,
le dispositif de changement de code comprend :un dispositif (20) d'autorisation et d'interdiction de changement de code, constituant un troisième dispositif de manoeuvre accessible directement depuis l'extérieur du mécanisme du côté d'accès aux poussoirs et destiné à autoriser ou à interdire le changement de code, sans démontage ni ouverture du mécanisme, etun dispositif de composition d'un nouveau code qui comprend les poussoirs (16) de manoeuvre des dispositifs d'arrêt (30), ces poussoirs constituant le second élément de manoeuvre. - Mécanisme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que :le corps (26) est destiné à guider un coulisseau (48) dans un volume de déplacement du coulisseau (48) et a des éléments de guidage de dispositif d'arrêt qui recoupent chacun le volume de déplacement,les dispositifs d'arrêt (30) coopèrent chacun avec un élément de guidage du corps (26), chaque dispositif d'arrêt (30) étant guidé par cet élément entre plusieurs positions, comprenant au moins une position de blocage dans laquelle une partie du dispositif d'arrêt (30) se trouve dans le volume de déplacement, et une position de passage dans laquelle aucune partie du dispositif d'arrêt (30) ne se trouve dans le volume de déplacement, l'une quelconque des positions de chaque arrêt étant une position de réarmement,les poussoirs (16) sont mobiles par rapport au corps (26) afin que chaque poussoir manoeuvré déplace un dispositif d'arrêt (30) correspondant dans un premier sens dans l'élément correspondant de guidage du corps (26), les poussoirs (16) portant des signes différents apparaissant à l'extérieur du mécanisme afin que leur manoeuvre séquentielle corresponde à une suite de signes composant un code, etle mécanisme comporteun coulisseau (48) guidé dans le volume de déplacement du coulisseau et ayant une première position de fermeture, dans laquelle les dispositifs d'arrêt (30) peuvent être déplacés dans les éléments correspondants de guidage sans être gênés par le coulisseau (48), et une seconde position d'ouverture, qui n'est atteinte depuis la première position de fermeture que lorsque tous les dispositifs d'arrêt (30) ont leur position de passage, si bien que le coulisseau (48) peut se déplacer dans le volume de déplacement,un dispositif de liaison destiné à transmettre le déplacement de l'organe de commande (12) au coulisseau (48), si bien que, lorsque le coulisseau (48) est dans sa première position de fermeture et une partie au moins d'un dispositif d'arrêt (30) se trouve dans le volume de déplacement, le déplacement du coulisseau (48) et, en conséquence, celui de l'organe de commande (12), sont empêchés,un dispositif de réarmement destiné à ramener tous les dispositifs d'arrêt (30) qui ne sont pas en position de réarmement à cette position de réarmement,pour chacun de certains dispositifs d'arrêt (30) au moins, un organe codeur (40) verrouillable à deux positions au moins qui détermine, parmi les positions de ce dispositif d'arrêt (30), quelles sont les positions respectives de blocage et de passage, etun organe (46) de verrouillage ayant deux positions qui comprennent une position de verrouillage, dans laquelle tous les organes codeurs (40) sont verrouillés par rapport au coulisseau (48), si bien que le coulisseau (48) et les organes codeurs (40) se déplacent comme un tout, et une position de libération, dans laquelle chaque organe codeur (40) peut changer de position par rapport au coulisseau (48) et peut ainsi changer la détermination des positions de blocage et de passage du dispositif d'arrêt (30) correspondant à cet organe codeur (40), le dispositif (20) d'autorisation et d'interdiction de changement de code ayant une position d'autorisation de changement de code, dans laquelle l'organe (46) de verrouillage peut prendre sa position de libération, et une position d'interdiction de changement de code, dans laquelle l'organe (46) de verrouillage est maintenu dans sa position de verrouillage par rapport au coulisseau (48),si bien que, lorsque le dispositif (20) d'autorisation et d'interdiction de changement de code est dans sa position d'interdiction de changement de code, les organes codeurs (40) et l'organe (46) de verrouillage sont toujours en coopération lors de la manoeuvre du dispositif de commande, et, lorsque le dispositif (20) d'autorisation et d'interdiction de changement de code est dans sa position d'autorisation de changement de code, l'organe (46) de verrouillage peut prendre une position dans laquelle il n'est pas en coopération avec les organes codeurs (40).
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement de l'organe (46) de verrouillage par rapport au coulisseau (48) est assuré par la manoeuvre de l'organe de commande (12) sur une partie de sa course.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement de l'organe (46) de verrouillage par rapport au coulisseau (48) est assuré par la manoeuvre du dispositif (20) d'autorisation et d'interdiction de changement de code.
- Mécanisme selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'arrêt (30) et un organe codeur (40) correspondant comportent l'un une saillie et l'autre une gorge.
- Mécanisme selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le volume de déplacement est un espace allongé de déplacement en translation, et le dispositif de liaison transforme le déplacement en rotation de l'organe de commande (12) en un déplacement en translation du coulisseau (48).
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe (46) de verrouillage est mobile parallèlement à l'axe de déplacement du coulisseau (48), et il comporte des discontinuités sur sa longueur lui donnant une forme de crémaillère.
- Mécanisme selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, en position d'interdiction de changement de code, la course de déplacement de l'organe de commande (12) comporte une partie dans laquelle l'organe de commande (12) déplace le coulisseau (48), et une partie de réarmement sans déplacement en translation du coulisseau (48).
- Procédé de changement de code d'un mécanisme d'autorisation d'un déplacement d'un organe de commande (12) par composition d'un code, l'organe de commande (12) étant directement accessible, dans lequel une opération de commande du mécanisme d'autorisation comprend :la composition d'une combinaison choisie de signes formant un code par manoeuvre de poussoirs (16) directement accessibles et portant des signes différents apparaissant à l'extérieur du mécanisme, les poussoirs (16) déplaçant chacun un dispositif d'arrêt (30) ayant au moins une position de blocage et une position de passage, ces positions étant déterminées, pour chaque dispositif d'arrêt (30), par un organe codeur (40) porté par un coulisseau (48), etla tentative de manoeuvre de l'organe de commande (12) qui provoque l'application d'une force de déplacement au coulisseau (48) dont le déplacement est autorisé lorsque tous les dispositifs d'arrêt (30) sont en position de passage mais est interdit lorsque l'un au moins des dispositifs d'arrêt (30) est en position de blocage,l'incorporation d'un dispositif (20) d'autorisation et d'interdiction de changement de code au mécanisme d'autorisation d'un déplacement d'un organe de commande (12), le dispositif (20) d'autorisation et d'interdiction de changement de code étant directement accessible sans aucun démontage, et,à chaque opération de changement de code,dans une première phase,la composition de la combinaison choisie de signes formant un code en cours de validité,la manoeuvre du dispositif (20) d'autorisation et d'interdiction de changement de code vers une position d'autorisation de changement de code, etla manoeuvre dans un premier sens du dispositif de commande,ces opérations de manoeuvre provoquant d'une part la libération et le déplacement d'un organe (46) de verrouillage normalement solidarisé avec le coulisseau (48), et d'autre part le réarmement de tous les dispositifs d'arrêt (30) et de tous les organes codeurs (40) à une même position par rapport au mécanisme,puis, dans une seconde phase,la composition d'un nouveau code,la manoeuvre dans le second sens de l'organe de commande (12) qui déplace le coulisseau (48), etla manoeuvre du dispositif (20) d'autorisation et d'interdiction de changement de code, directement accessible sans aucun démontage, vers une position d'interdiction de changement de code,tous les éléments manoeuvrés étant directement accessibles et ne nécessitant aucun démontage pour le changement de code.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que, dans chacune des première et seconde phases, les opérations de composition et de manoeuvre sont effectuées dans un seul ordre qui dépend de la réalisation matérielle du mécanisme particulier d'autorisation du déplacement d'un organe de commande (12).
