Claims (10)
- Düsenartiges Arbeitswerkzeug zum Reinigen von Rohren mit einem an eine Hochdruckwasserquelle anschließbaren Ständer (2), der einen sich axial erstreckenden, verjüngten Zapfen (4) und eine zentrale, in dem Zapfen (4) endende Bohrung (3) aufweist, wobei auf dem Zapfen (4) ein Läufer (8) mit Austrittsdüsenbohrungen für den Läufer (8) zur Drehung antreibenden Hochdruckwasserstrahlen drehbar angeordnet ist, die über von der zentralen Bohrung (3) ausgehende Radialbohrungen (6) mit Hochdruckwasser versorgt sind, und wobei der Zapfen (4) mit einem Gewindeendabschnitt (7) versehen ist, der eine Stellmutter (12) und eine Kontermutter (13) trägt, die miteinander verklebt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Läufer (8) und der Stellmutter (12) ein vorbestimmtes Spaltmaß eingestellt und der Läufer (8) bezüglich des Ständers (2) und der Stellmutter (12) im Durchmesser zurückversetzt ist.
- Arbeitswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (4) ohne Gewindeendabschnitt (7) etwas kürzer als der Läufer (8) ist.
- Arbeitswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spaltmaß auf 1/100 mm eingestellt ist.
- Arbeitswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (4) von einer Laufbuchse (15) für den Läufer (8) umgeben ist, in die der Zapfen von der Ständerseite her lose einsteckbar ist.
- Arbeitswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (4) als getrenntes Teil bezüglich des Ständers (2) ausgebildet und in diesen von dessen Rückseite her lose einsteckbar ist.
- Arbeitswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (4) bzw. die Laufbuchse (15) am Außenumfang zueinander beabstandete Eindrehungen (14) aufweist.
- Arbeitswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsdüsenbohrungen in Düseneinsätzen (11) ausgebildet sind.
- Arbeitswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsdüsenbohrungen schräg zur Radialrichtung angestellt sind.
- Arbeitswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontermutter (13) kappenförmig ist.
- Arbeitswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellmutter (12) mit der Kontermutter (13) mittels eines Gewindesicherungsklebers, insbesondere eines Epoxydharzes, verklebt ist.
