Claims (10)
- Machine pour l'usinage par bande abrasive de portées cylindriques sur des pièces, notamment de tourillons et/ou de manetons sur des vilebrequins, comprenant pour l'usinage d'une portée trois éléments de serrage de bande abrasive montés en triangle en étant mobiles suivant des directions qui convergent vers l'axe de la portées à usiner, caractérisée par le fait que chaque élément de serrage (1) porte au moins un patin d'application (7) conformé de manière à appliquer la bande abrasive (5) contre la portée (4) suivant une surface essentiellement limitée à une génératrice parallèle à l'axe (3) de la portée.
- Machine suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le patin (7) présente une surface d'application bombée en cylindre.
- Machine suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le rayon de courbure de la surface d'application est inférieur au rayon de courbure de la portée.
- Machine suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que le rayon de courbure de la surface d'application est inférieur à la moitié du rayon de courbure de la portée.
- Machine suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que chaque élément de serrage de bande abrasive (1) porte deux patins d'application (7) espacés dans le sens circonférentiel.
- Machine suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que la distance (f) séparant les deux patins (7) de chaque élément de serrage (1) correspond sensiblement à la distance (e) séparant les patins successifs de deux éléments de serrage consécutifs.
- Machine suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que chaque patin (7) est constitué par un matériau tel qu'un élastomère ayant une dureté Shore inférieure ou égale à 100.
- Machine suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que chaque patin (7) présente un gradient de dureté suivant l'axe (3) de la portée (4) à usiner.
- Machine suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait que chaque patin (7) comprend, suivant l'axe (3) de la portée (4) à usiner, deux parties d'extrémité (7a, 7b) de plus grande dureté situées de part et d'autre d'une partie intermédiaire (7c) de plus faible dureté.
- Machine suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la longueur des patins (7) et la largeur de la bande abrasive (5) sont inférieures à la largeur de la portée (4) à usiner et que les éléments de serrage (1) effectuent, pendant l'usinage, suivant l'axe (3) de la portée (4) à usiner, un mouvement d'oscillation à faible vitesse et à débattement tel que la bande abrasive (5) exécute un mouvement de louvoiement par rapport à la portée (4) entraínée en rotation autour de son axe (3), pour usiner la portée (4) sur toute sa largeur.
