Claims (10)

  1. A closure device for a liquid product receptacle, of the type comprising, on the one hand, a lower element (2) provided with an internal product-dispensing neck (20) and with an external lateral skirt (21) for fixing it to the neck of the receptacle and, on the other hand, an additional upper element (1) provided with means of closing said neck (20) and designed to be connected to said lower element (2) via an articulation (11) equipped with a connecting member (12), characterised in that said connecting member (12) consists of a tongue (12a) bearing on its front face a catch (12b) capable of engaging and locking in a slot (22) formed between the respective walls of the external lateral skirt (21) and of the internal neck (20) .
  2. A device according to claim 1, characterised in that said articulation (11) consists of a hinge comprising a central arm (11a) and two at least partially resiliently deformable lateral arms (11b, 11c).
  3. A device according to claim 2, characterised in that the central arm (11a) is connected to the median part of said tongue (12a), while the lateral arms (11b, 11c) are connected to its upper part.
  4. A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said slot (22) is defined at the top by a projecting edge (21b) of the wall of the skirt (21), said edge (21b) being designed to cooperate with the catch (12b) of the connecting member (12).
  5. A device according to claim 4, characterised in that said projecting edge (21b) is offset radially inwards relative to the wall of the skirt (21).
  6. A device according to claim 5, characterised in that said projecting edge (21b) has a bevelled narrow edge facilitating engagement of the catch (12b) of the connecting member (12).
  7. A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said slot (22) is defined laterally and at the bottom by a notch (21a) formed in the wall of the skirt (21) and whose dimensions correspond substantially to those of the tongue (12a), in such a way that said tongue extends, in the assembled position, as a flush extension of the outer wall of the skirt (21).
  8. A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the respective walls of the external skirt (21) and of the internal neck (20) are connected by a shoulder (24) situated above the level of the slot (22).
  9. A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said tongue (12a) comprises, on its back face above the median part, a narrowed portion (120) designed to receive at least part of the articulation (11) in the closed position.
  10. A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said tongue (12a) consists of a portion of cylindrical wall.
