Abstract
- Selon la présente invention, ledit dôme (34) est constitué par une cuvette (30) de forme arrondie pourvue d'une ouverture (28) à son sommet et par une calotte (33) soudée sur ladite cuvette pour obturer ladite ouverture (28). La cuvette (30) est obtenue par formage à chaud et sous pression d'une ébauche tronconique (5) en alliage d'aluminium non revenu.
Description
- sa face tronconique externe en regard de ladite face interne de ladite cavité ;
- sa petite base reposant sur ladite face interne de la cavité au voisinage du sommet dudit moule ; et
- sa grande base proche de ladite face interne de la cavité au voisinage de l'ouverture dudit moule ;
- grâce à l'avalement progressif de l'ébauche tronconique par le moule, à chaud et sous pression, il était possible de limiter, à un niveau acceptable, les contraintes mécaniques subies par ladite ébauche pour la faire passer de la forme tronconique à la forme d'une cuvette arrondie, par exemple sphérique ;
- le blocage de l'avalement de ladite ébauche tronconique à une valeur prédéterminée évitait une accumulation indésirable de la matière de l'ébauche tronconique au voisinage du sommet du moule ; et
- l'action de la paroi de pression au voisinage de la petite base de l'ébauche, en coopération avec le blocage de l'avalement, permettait de donner à ladite cuvette une forme parfaite au voisinage de son ouverture en évitant le flambage de ladite cuvette à cet endroit.
- la face tronconique externe 5E de ladite ébauche 5 se trouve en regard de la face interne 10I de la cavité 10 du moule 9 ;
- la petite base 5b de l'ébauche 5 repose sur la face interne 10I de la cavité 10, au voisinage du sommet du moule 9 ; et
- la grande base 5B de l'ébauche 5, et donc le rebord 8 qu'elle porte, sont proches de la face interne 10I de la cavité 10, au voisinage de l'ouverture 11 du moule 9.
Claims (9)
- Dôme (34) en un alliage d'aluminium susceptible d'être soudé, notamment destiné à former un fond de réservoir,
caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une cuvette (30) de forme arrondie pourvue d'une ouverture (28) à son sommet et par une calotte (33) soudée sur ladite cuvette (30) pour en obturer l'ouverture (28). - Procédé pour la réalisation d'une cuvette de forme arrondie (30), ouverte à son sommet, en un alliage d'aluminium susceptible d'être soudé, notamment pour la réalisation d'un fond de réservoir,
caractérisé en ce que :a) on réalise un moule (9) dont la face interne (10I) de la cavité (10) correspond à la forme de ladite cuvette (30), ledit moule étant fermé à son sommet et ouvert du côté opposé audit sommet ;b) à partir d'au moins une pièce plate (3, 4) en forme de portion de couronne, constituée d'un tel alliage d'aluminium non revenu, on réalise une ébauche (5) en forme de tronc de cône, par cintrage et soudage ;c) on introduit complètement ladite ébauche tronconique (5) dans ledit moule, de façon qu'elle prenne une position initiale dans laquelle elle est concentrique audit moule, avec :sa face tronconique externe (5E) en regard de ladite face interne (10I) de ladite cavité (10) ;sa petite base (5b) reposant sur ladite face interne (10I) de la cavité (10) au voisinage du sommet dudit moule (9) ; etsa grande base (5B) proche de ladite face interne (10I) de la cavité (10) au voisinage de l'ouverture (11) dudit moule (9) ;d) on dispose périphériquement une paroi de pression déformable (15) à l'intérieur de ladite ébauche tronconique (5), contre sa face interne (5I) et au voisinage de la petite base (5b) de ladite ébauche tronconique (5) ;e) on soumet ladite ébauche tronconique (5) et ladite paroi de pression déformable (15) à une première phase (I) d'un traitement thermique avec pression au cours de laquelle ladite ébauche tronconique (5) et ladite paroi de pression déformable (15) au contact de celle-ci se cintrent en direction de la face interne de ladite cavité (10) et progressant vers le sommet dudit moule en étant avalées par ce dernier ;f) on bloque la progression de ladite ébauche tronconique (5) et de ladite paroi de pression déformable (15) en direction du sommet dudit moule (9), lorsque ladite ébauche et ladite paroi de pression atteignent une position d'avalement prédéterminée ;g) dans cette position d'avalement prédéterminée, on poursuit ledit traitement thermique avec pression par une deuxième phase (II) au cours de laquelle la face externe (5E) de ladite ébauche (5) est amenée à épouser la face interne (10I) de ladite cavité (10), avec ladite paroi de pression pressée contre la face interne (5I) de ladite ébauche (5) ;h) à la fin dudit traitement thermique avec pression, on extrait du moule ladite ébauche conformée en cuvette arrondie, ouverte au sommet. - Procédé selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que, à la suite de ladite deuxième phase (II) et avant l'étape h), ledit traitement thermique avec pression se continue par une troisième phase de revenu (III) permettant de durcir structuralement, dans ledit moule, ladite cuvette ouverte à son sommet. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3,
caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi de pression déformable (15) est formée par un ensemble de lames déformables (16) réparties à la périphérie de la face interne (5I) de ladite ébauche tronconique. - Procédé selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que lesdites lames déformables (16) sont solidaires les unes des autres à leurs extrémités voisines de ladite petite base (5b) de l'ébauche tronconique (5). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que la pression de déformation, à laquelle sont soumises, pendant le traitement thermique, ladite ébauche tronconique (5) et ladite paroi de pression (15), est exercée par une vessie (21) introduite à l'intérieur de ladite ébauche tronconique (5). - Procédé selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que la paroi dudit moule est percée de trous traversants (13) à travers lesquels on peut faire le vide entre ladite vessie (21) et la face interne (10I) de ladite cavité (10), afin de presser ladite vessie contre ladite ébauche tronconique et ladite paroi de pression. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7,
caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit une liaison coulissante (8, 18, 19, 20) avec butée de fin de course entre le bord (12) de l'ouverture (11) du moule (9) et la grande base (5B) de ladite ébauche tronconique (5), afin de permettre l'avalement de ladite ébauche tronconique et de ladite paroi de pression par le moule pendant ladite première phase (I) dudit traitement thermique, ainsi que le blocage de celles-ci dans ladite position d'avalement prédéterminée. - Procédé selon la revendication 8,
caractérisé en ce que la grande base (5B) de ladite ébauche tronconique (5) porte un rebord saillant interne (8) participant à ladite butée de fin de course.
