Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Transport von Briefhüllenzuschnitten in einer Briefhüllenherstellungsmaschine mit wenigstens einem Transportriemen, welcher mehrere Perforationslöcher aufweist und auf welchem die Briefhüllenzuschnitte in Durchlaufrichtung in einer Transportebene transportiert werden, wobei unterhalb des Transportriemens wenigstens eine Saugkammer angeordnet ist, mittels welcher Umgebungsluft durch die Perforationslöcher hindurch ansaugbar ist, beschrieben, welche die Saugleistung des Sauggebläses optimal nutzen und gleichzeitig das Auftreten von unerwünschten Reibungskräften oder Giermomenten an den Briefhüllenzuschnitten verhindern soll. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird vorgeschlagen, auf wenigstens einer der beiden in Durchlaufrichtung neben dem Transportriemen liegenden Seiten wenigstens einen Führungsriemen vorzusehen, wobei der Transportriemen und der Führungsriemen derart antreibbar sein sollen, dass sie sich synchron in Durchlaufrichtung bewegen.

There is a device for transporting envelope blanks in an envelope manufacturing machine with at least one transport belt which has a plurality of perforation holes and on which the envelope blanks are transported in the direction of travel in a transport plane, at least one suction chamber being arranged below the transport belt, by means of which ambient air passes through the perforation holes is suctioned, described, which should optimally use the suction power of the suction fan and at the same time prevent the occurrence of undesirable frictional forces or yawing moments on the envelope blanks. To achieve this object, it is proposed to provide at least one guide belt on at least one of the two sides lying next to the transport belt in the direction of passage, the conveyor belt and the guide belt should be drivable in such a way that they move synchronously in the direction of passage.
