Claims (2)

  1. Zylinder und Gesamtunterbrechungssystem für eine Stange, von denen, die zum Beispiel bei Stanzeinrichtungen oder Werkzeugen der Art verwendet werden, die ihre Ausgangsposition mittels hydraulischem Druck wiedererlangen, nachdem die Kraft wegfällt, die axial durch eine Stange (6) selbst bei seinem Funktionieren ausgeübt wird, wobei in einem zylindrischen Körper (1) des Zylinders zwei hermetische unabhängige Kammern (7, 8) definiert sind, die erste Kammer (7) axial zu besagter Stange (6) angelegt ist und die zweite Kammer ringförmig und extern zu einer ersten Buchse (5) angelegt ist, die die erste Kammer (7) definiert und in der sich besagte Stange (6) bewegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten erste und zweite hermetische Kammern (7, 8) extern miteinander durch das Gesamtunterbrechungssystem verbunden sind, das Folgendes umfasst: einen Gasakkumulator (11), in dem auch zwei hermetische und unabhängige Kammern definiert sind, nämlich eine Gaskammer (13), die mit Stickstoff gefüllt ist und eine dritte Kammer (14), die Hydrauliköl enthält, wie auch die erste und zweite Kammer (7, 8), so dass die Gaskammer (13) und die dritte Kammer (14) des Gasakkumulators (11) durch einen zwischengeschalteten Kolben (12) getrennt sind, einen ersten Abzweig (16), der die dritte Kammer (14) mit der ersten Kammer (7) verbindet und einen zweiten Abzweig (17), der die dritte Kammer (14) und die zweite Kammer (8) des Gaszylinders verbindet und über ein Elektroventil (18) verfügt, das extern und nach Belieben gestevert werden kann.
  2. Zylinder und Gesamtunterbrechungssystem für eine Stange, wie im Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder in Übereinstimmung mit dem unteren Ende der ersten Buchse (5), in der sich die Stangel (6) bewegt und in der die erste Kammer (7) definiert ist, über eine zweite Buchse (10) verfügt, die als mechanische Unterbrechung für das Ende des Hubs in der Bewegung des Stanges (6) in Richtung seiner ursprünglichen Expansionsposition funktioniert; und die Wand der ersten Buchse (5) verfügt über eine Öffnung (9) die die zweite Kammer (8) und das Pleuel (6) verbindet, wodurch letzteres in seiner zurückgezogenen Position arretiert werden kann, in die es durch eine auf es einwirkende externe axiale Kraft gebracht wurde, nachdem die Drücke zwischen der ersten, zweiten und dritten (7, 8, 14) Kammer ausgeglichen worden sind unter Öffnung des Elektroventils (18).
