Description

The invention relates to a tool attachment of a milling drum according to the preamble of claim 1.

FR 2 356 613 A . For processing and processing of biogenic material, it is known to use universal mixing shredder. As a rule, the universal mixing shredders have a plurality of milling drums which serve for comminution and mixing of the biogenic material with these wear bottoms, which are at least partially surrounded. The biogenic material consists of biowaste, for example kitchen and garden waste, to which green waste can be mixed to the desired extent by means of the universal mixing shredder. The milling rollers used for comminution and mixing have helically extending with the rotatably driven shaft undetachably connected tools, with which in turn wear tools are releasably connected again. The wearing tools are screwed to the side of the bracket with several screws, see eg FR 2 356 613 A , With the extremely high loads occurring in the universal mixing shredder, the fastening screws for the wearing tools must be provided in large numbers and in solid construction. Due to the high number and the unfavorable position of these mounting screws, the tool change is very time consuming.

The object of the invention is therefore to improve a tool attachment for a generic milling drum such that the tool change of more frequently changing wear tools is time-saving and easy.

Starting from a tool attachment according to the preamble of claim 1, this object is achieved by the combination with the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. Accordingly, the tools permanently connected to the shaft in the direction of the driven shaft on conically converging pocket-shaped recesses, in each of which a correspondingly shaped portion of the wear tool is used, the respective wear tool by a diagonally to the driven shaft directed clamping screw in the pocket-shaped recess play is clamped. According to the invention, only one clamping screw is initially provided for each wearing tool, which is very easily accessible due to their arrangement. As a result, by tightening or loosening a single clamping screw, the wear tool can be securely fastened or released for removal.

Preferred embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the subsequent claims to the main claim.

Accordingly, in the wear tool, a slot-shaped recess may be provided with an edge region having at least one bevel such that the bevel of the edge region of this recess forms a support surface forming parallel to the bearing surface of the clamping screw. As a result, the clamping screw can rest flat, with a large contact surface is created. As a result, by tightening the clamping screw, the wear tool can be securely pressed into the conically converging pocket-shaped recess, so that the wear tool is clamped free of play in the recess.

To accommodate the clamping screw, the tools which are permanently connected to the shaft can have, in the region of each pocket-shaped recess, a receiving area for the clamping screw which projects out from the surface. Here, only a portion of the receiving area can be provided with a thread corresponding to the clamping screw, so that a large free clamping length is created for the clamping screw. Especially the provision of a large free span length for the clamping screw and the large bearing surface of the clamping screw on the support surface, which is formed in the edge region of the slot provided in the wear tool, prevents unwanted loosening of the tool during operation. Due to the protruding receiving area, which is easily accessible from the outside, the wear tool can be changed easily and quickly by means of an air or electric screwdriver.

In Fig. 1 is a milling drum 10 of a Mischzerkleinerers shown. The milling drum consists of a drivable shaft 12, on which helically extending tools 14 are welded. In the tools 14 are wear tools 16th releasably secured again. The helically extending tools 14 consist of radially protruding from the shaft 12 sheets 18 which are arranged offset from one another such that the helical shape results.

The FIGS. 5 and 6 show the wear tools 16. These are flat and symmetrical, so that they can be used on both sides. The wear tools essentially have a working area 20 and a holding area 22. The working area 20 has the shape known in the case of wear tools with beveled flanks in the head area and in the side areas. The holding region 22 is tapered conically, as can be seen from the illustration according to FIG FIG. 5 results. This shape corresponds to a pocket-shaped recess 24 conically converging in the direction of the drivable shaft in the tool 14 which is permanently connected to the shaft (see FIGS FIGS. 2 to 4 ). Between two radially projecting from the shaft plates 18 of the fixedly connected to the shaft tool 14 a projecting out of the surface receiving portion 26 for receiving a clamping screw 28 is provided. The projecting receiving portion 26 is designed such that the clamping screw 28 is screwed obliquely to the shaft 12 in the receiving area 26.

In Fig. 3 is shown in more detail that the clamping screw 28 is supported with a corresponding screwing into a slot area 30 in the wear tool 16 on a support surface 32 over a large area. Due to the symmetrical structure of the wear tool 16, this support surface 32 is provided from both sides in the slot area 30. Thus, the wear tool can be used in any position and clamped with the clamping screw 28.

The receiving portion 26 for the clamping screw, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 and the compilation figure 1 becomes clear, easily accessible from the outside, so that the clamping screw 28 can be tightened or loosened by means of an air or electric screwdriver in a simple manner. Only part of the reception area 26 is provided with a screwdriver corresponding thread 33, so that the clamping screw itself has a large free span length 34.

By means of the clamping screw the wear tool is clamped over its wedge-shaped holding portion 22 in the corresponding wedge-shaped receiving pocket 24. Due to the large support surface 32 and the large free clamping length 34 of the clamping screw 28 loosening of the tool is prevented.
