Abstract

Strip arrangement comprises a fixed frame (R) and a wing (F) connected to each other so that they tilt about a hinge axis (S). The wing strip part (50) comprises an angular part (33) which extends with a side (34) from the hinge axis and from the other side (35) against the frame opening and interacts with a side part (38) which is detachable from the side (35) and is covered by a covering region. The outer part of the side part is angled on its free end by 90 degrees from the hinge axis.

Description

The invention relates to a belt arrangement of the preamble of Claim 1 corresponding type.

Such a belt arrangement is described in DE-GM 296 02 084. The tape of such a tape arrangement is also called "concealed Band "because it is not recognizable from the outside when the wing is closed, but is housed entirely inside the frame profiles. The Known band is horizontally adjustable to adjust the wing within the opening of the frame. The adjustment is made in the known embodiment on two parallel to the frame plane extending, with interlocking teeth, in Whole flat surfaces, which extend perpendicular to the frame surface Screws can be connected to each other. To adjust these screws are loosened so that the gearing Surfaces can be moved against each other.

The assembly of such hinges is particularly with heavier wings not simply because the wings are attached by the band parts from Hand must be held in position. The weight of the wing makes here the adherence to the exact coverage of the mounting holes a tedious activity.

The invention has for its object a generic tape arrangement To design so that the assembly of the wing in the fixed Frame is facilitated.

This object is achieved by the invention reproduced in claim 1.

The angle leg is a separate part from the leg part, which with detachable, e.g. can be connected by means of screws. In the connection area the angle leg and the leg part overlap in one Coverage area, which is a fixed system of the angle leg and the Leg part together and thus ensures a good connection when the Screws are tightened.

An important feature, however, is the bend caused by opening the Angular part engages in the interior of the angle such that it with its lower edge rests on the lower edge of the opening. The weight of the wing which can be 100 kg and more, especially for door leaves, can by the given by the bend configuration in a way "Hanging" the wing immediately at the beginning of the assembly on the fixed Frames are transmitted without it being held up for a long time of the wing. The assembly can then already in sash hanging from the frame by tightening the fastening screws, that connect the angle leg and the leg part, are completed.

The real background of this design is that both the Sash as well as the fixed frame factory and with the possible there Provide precision with the appropriate parts of the belt assembly can be. The increased proportion of prefabrication means that Connection of the band parts with the frame profiles already created in the factory can be. It is the separation of the leg part from exploited the angle leg. The angle leg sits on the manufacturer the fixed frame, the leg part manufacturer on the wing. The sash only has to be held for as long during assembly on site until the bend in the opening of the respective angle leg intervenes. Then the wing can be released. It hangs under its weight with the bend in the opening, and it takes to complete the assembly of only the insertion and tightening of the screws that the Connect the angle leg and the leg part together.

It is recommended that the top and bottom edges of the angled undercuts have an unwanted movement out oppose the angling out of the opening.

This important feature is a safety factor that prevents that the bend suddenly slips out of the opening can. If there is a tendency to slip out, the undercut occurs at the edge of the opening to the system and blocks further slipping out.

The feature of claim 3 is important in the hanging phase. The the hinge part encompassing the angle leg is before hanging the wing not fixed in any way and can be done without special measures the hinge pin can be swiveled slightly, e.g. by toasting moving up the heavy wing. Accidental The opening in the angle leg would be pivoted due to the angled portion difficult to reach. By the angle leg through the Spring load is kept in a suitable limit position remains the angle leg with the opening always in one by the angled good reachable position and arises in the event of an accidental toast also back into this position.

The spring load can e.g. by a domed spring leaf be generated, which still has the additional function, the opening in fixed frame, from which the angle leg reaches out, at least partially cover.

The invention is also implemented in a method for assembling a Belt arrangement, which is characterized by the features of claim 5 and which is the already mentioned ease of hanging of the wing and connecting the hinge parts.

The frame profile of the fixed frame R has a whole about square cross section and consists of a first hollow profile 1 of rectangular cross-section, which by heat-insulating, in the longitudinal direction webs running near the side crossings 2 connected to a further hollow profile 3 located on the inside is. Parts 1, 2, 3 form the frame profile 10 as a structural unit. In accordingly, this is also essentially square in cross section Casement profile 20 formed by a rectangular hollow profile 11, which by means of heat-insulating webs 12 with a rectangular hollow profile 13 connected is. The frame profiles 10, 11 lie with the wing F closed in the exemplary embodiment essentially in one plane, the front and rear boundary surfaces located in the same planes are.

Between the frame profiles 10, 20 there remains a fold area 40, which of Folded parts 14 of the rectangular profile 3 or 24 provided with seals 6 of the rectangular profile 11 is covered, so that the fold area 40 when closed Wing F is in turn closed, as can be seen in FIG. 2 is. A passage through the fold area 40 for drafts and sound from the outside inside and vice versa is not possible. The real band is housed entirely inside the frame profiles 10.20, so that it is from the outside is not recognizable when wing F is closed.

The hinge pin 30 is in the vicinity of the upper wall of the frame profile in FIG. 2 10 arranged. Its support not visible in the drawing represents the frame hinge part. The wing hinge part designated as a whole by 50 is pivotable about the hinge pin 30 and comprises an angle part 33 with a downward movement from the hinge pin 30 according to FIG. of the front wall on the opening side of the wing into the interior of the frame profile 10 extending leg 34 and one of its free end angled towards the frame opening 35, which is cylindrical with a radius 36 (FIG. 4) around the hinge pin 30 is curved and closed wing F up to about the fold area 40 is enough. The angle part 33 is through near its upper and lower Limits located horizontal beads 33 '(Fig. 1) reinforced.

Is against the curved outside of the angle leg 35 when mounted Wing (Fig. 2 and 3) in a coverage area with an angle of at least 60 ° with respect to the hinge axis S (in the exemplary embodiment 90 °) the correspondingly curved outer part 39 of a leg part 38 and is connected to the angle leg 35 by screws 41. The Sash hinge part 50 thus consists of two parts releasably attached to one another 33 and 38.39. The outer part 39 is also reinforced by beads 39 '(Fig. 1), which cooperate complementarily with the beads 34 'of the angular part, i.e. lay over them so that there is no mutual displacement of the Parts 33 and 38, 39 can take place parallel to the hinge axis S.

Leg portion 38 is generally flat and from the outer portion 39 angled at about 60 ° against its curvature in the fold area 40, that that the leg part 38 parallel when the wing F is closed extends to the frame level.

The wing hinge part 50 is half in the frame profile 10 of the fixed Frame R housed and reaches from this with part 39 through an opening in the wall of the Frame profile in the rebate area 10 through an opening of the Folding area 40 adjacent wall of the sash profile 20 with the Leg part 38 into the interior of the sash profile 20 approximately parallel to the in Fig. 2 overhead outer boundary wall of the casement profile 20 a. In particular, the engagement takes place in a sash profile 20 fastened holding piece 60 in the form of a pocket 16 with a Fig. 2 above, i.e. located approximately at the level of the hinge pin 30 Wall 17 and an essentially parallel wall 18. Das Leg 38 fits straight between the walls 17, 18 and can in the sense the arrow 21 (Fig. 2) are inserted between them. The thigh part 38 is by means of a conical screw engaging in the toothing of the wall 17 25 horizontally opposite the holding piece 60 parallel to the frame plane adjustable and fixable to adjust the sash F horizontally in the frame R. to be able to.

The holding piece 60 formed by the pocket 16 has at the upper and lower Edge not shown threaded pieces, the thread axis horizontal and runs parallel to the wing plane. The threaded pieces are by means of Screws 31 (FIG. 1) can be screwed to an elongated rectangular holding plate 26, those in the fold area 40 against the outside of the wall there of the sash profile 20 is applied and in turn by means of fastening screws 32 can be connected to the casement profile 20. to Avoiding selective force transmission is on the opposite Side of the sash profile 20 another elongated rectangular holding plate intended. Adjustable straps extend between the holding plates 26, 27 Spacer sleeves 42, which of those in the spacer sleeves 42,42 intercept screwed fastening screws 32 applied forces, so that the fastening screws 32 are tightened to the holding plates 26, 27 can be without the dimensional stability of the sash profile 20 would be claimed.

In the frame profile 10 also serve to define the frame hinge part belonging hinge pin 30 holding plates 26, 27, which also on the Frame profile 10 are attached, as is the case with the casement profile 20 Case is.

As can be seen from Fig. 2, the angle leg 35 and the outer part 39 of the leg part 38, which in the holding piece 60 in the casement profile 20 can be fixed, over an angle of about 90 ° about the hinge axis S. to each other. The outer part 39 bends at its free end 43 by about 90 ° against the hinge axis S, as shown in FIG. 2. This bend 43 does not extend over the entire height of the Angle leg 35, but leaves with its upper and lower edges vertical distance to the upper or lower edge 42 'or 43 "of the angle leg 35. The angled portion 43 engages when the belt arrangement 100 is installed through an opening 46 in the area of the apex between the angle legs 34 and 35 of the angle part 33 into the inside of the angle part 33. This configuration has its meaning in the assembly of the wing F in the fixed frame R. It is namely possible to use the frame profiles 10.20 of the fixed frame R and the sash F in the out Fig. 1 recognizable way already from the manufacturer with the respectively assigned To provide parts of the belt assembly 100. This can be done with the factory existing devices and the corresponding precision, without the precision of the people involved in assembly to be instructed. When assembling the wing F with the bends 43 are hung in the openings 46, which makes the considerable Weight of the wing F immediately taken over by the angle part 43 and the fitter does not use the wing F during the entire assembly must hold. The wing F hangs freely in the openings after hanging 46. So that there is security against unintentional slipping out, has the bend 43 at its upper and lower edges 43 ', 43 "undercuts 44 in the form of protrusions protruding in the axial direction, the lie against the inner edge of opening 46 and slip out prevent the bending. As such, only an undercut is required 44 on the lower edge 43 "in FIG. 1 of the bend 43, but is because of the intended right-left use of the band arrangement 100 requires an undercut 44 on both edges 43 ', 43 " suspended wing F is then the connection of the angle leg 35th and the outer part 39 by means of the screws 41. The opening 46 does not have to necessarily lie in the area of the apex. If the outer part 39 is shorter and the angle leg 35 is not 90 ° as in the exemplary embodiment covered, the opening according to FIGS. 3 and 4 can also be further up in the Be attached to the inside of the angle leg 35.

Das Winkelteil 33 befindet sich in der aus Fig. 4 ersichtlichen Position, in welcher die Öffnung 46, die im Scheitelbereich zwischen den Winkelschenkeln 34 und 35 liegt, dem Falzbereich 40 zugewandt und damit von außen dem Eingriff der Abwinklung 43 des Außenteils 39 etwa im Sinne des Pfeiles 8 zugänglich ist.4 is a situation corresponding to FIG. 1 when the wing is approaching F indicated at its destination in the frame R. The corner part 33 is in the position shown in FIG. 4, in which the Opening 46, which is in the apex area between the angle legs 34 and 35 lies, the fold area 40 facing and thus the engagement of the outside Angle 43 of the outer part 39 is accessible approximately in the direction of arrow 8.

The outer part 39 and thus the bend 43 are firmly connected to the wing. However, the angle part 33 can be pivoted freely about the hinge pin 30 become, even unintentionally, when handling the heavy wing the bend 43 abuts the angle leg 35 and moved him. The angle part 33 would then no longer have the position shown in FIG. optimal position for hanging.

In order to facilitate the hooking of the bend 43 into the opening 46 by this is held in the optimal position, the angle part 33 in the apparent from Figs. 2 to 4 manner spring loaded by it by a biased in a plane perpendicular to the hinge axis S. The spring leaf 52 in the force-free state always in that shown in FIG. 4 Position is pressed in which the angle part 33 with a pin-shaped Stop 53 at the end of a backdrop formed by a recess 53 'comes into contact with an angle 56 of the holding plate 26. The Spring leaf 52 is on a vertical edge 52 'with the edge 26' of the Folding area 40 facing holding plate 26 by welding, screwing or other suitable methods in the direction perpendicular to the hinge axis S. Level non-rotatably connected and lies with the other edge 52 "against the 3 and 4 located below the hinge pin 30 outside of the angle leg 34 sliding. In this way, the angle part 33 always pressed into the position shown in FIG. 4 and also in the the wall of the fixed frame R facing the fold area 40 existing opening 54 (Fig. 4) covers. When closing wing F the spring force of the spring leaf 52 is easily overcome.
