Abstract

Chaussure destinée à coopérer avec un article de sport équipée de moyens d'identification gauche/droite (5) reconnaissables par des moyens de détection, en particulier une fixation de ski. Les moyens d'identification sont constitués d'au moins une pièce en matériau magnétique, par exemple un aimant permanent (5), logée dans la semelle (2) asymétriquement relativement à l'axe longitudinal médian de la chaussure.

Description

L'invention a pour objet une chaussure destinée à coopérer avec un article de sport, en particulier un ski, équipée de moyens d'identification gauche/droite par des moyens de détection.
Une telle chaussure est connue du brevet EP 0 692 286. Elle est destinée à coopérer avec une fixation équipée de palpeurs actionnés de façon différenciée par la chaussure, palpeurs agissant sur un mécanisme à bascules modifiant le comportement symétrique de la fixation au déclenchement pour lui donner un comportement asymétrique de telle sorte que sa résistance au déclenchement ne soit pas la même dans un sens que dans l'autre pour tenir compte de la résistance différenciée du genou à la torsion dans un sens et dans l'autre. La fixation s'adapte ainsi automatiquement à la chaussure du pied gauche et du pied droit. Les moyens d'identification équipant la chaussure sont constitués d'une forme particulière asymétrique de la chaussure agissant mécaniquement sur les palpeurs. Dans une variante d'exécution, les moyens d'identification sont constitués d'une marque optique palpée par des moyens photoélectriques agissant sur les bascules par l'intermédiaire d'une unité de commande électronique et de deux électroaimants.
Des moyens d'identification mécanique nécessitent une modification de la forme de la chaussure, en particulier de son trottoir avant, c'est-à-dire la fabrication d'un nouveau moule. Quant aux repères optiques, ils peuvent être rendus illisibles par la neige, la salissure ou l'effacement.
L'invention a pour but de permettre d'équiper aisément, même par le détaillant, toutes chaussures, en particulier chaussures de ski, d'un moyen d'identification capable d'être identifié de manière sûre en toute circonstance par l'article de sport, en particulier une fixation de ski.
La chaussure selon l'invention est caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'identification sont constitués d'au moins une pièce en matériau magnétique logée dans la semelle asymétriquement relativement à l'axe longitudinal médian de la chaussure.
Cette pièce en matériau magnétique peut être logée dans un trou formé latéralement dans l'épaisseur de la semelle et fermé par un bouchon vissé de manière à pouvoir remplacer la pièce en matériau magnétique. Cette opération peut aisément être exécutée par un détaillant sur une chaussure conventionnelle.
Dans le cas d'une chaussure en plastique injecté, la pièce en matériau magnétique peut être insérée dans la semelle lors de l'injection.
Ni l'usure, ni la salissure, ni la neige ne gênent la détection de la présence de la pièce en matériau magnétique. Celle-ci est en outre parfaitement abritée et protégée.
Un autre avantage de la chaussure selon l'invention est qu'elle est capable d'actionner directement des moyens mécaniques de positionnement d'une fixation de ski.
Le matériau magnétique peut être un aimant permanent agissant sur une pièce en matériau magnétique de l'article de sport ou un matériau ferromagnétique dur ou doux ou encore un matériau ferrimagnétique coopérant avec un aimant permanent équipant l'article de sport, par exemple une fixation de ski.
La chaussure de sport pourrait être une chaussure destinée à être utilisée avec un autre article de sport tel qu'une bicyclette ou un surf.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, un mode d'exécution de l'invention.
La figure 1 est une vue latérale de la partie avant d'une chaussure de ski.
La figure 2 est une vue de dessus dans laquelle on voit, en arraché, la pièce en matériau magnétique dans son logement.
Sur les figures, on reconnaít la partie avant d'une coque 1 d'une chaussure de ski comprenant une semelle 2 munie d'un trottoir avant 3 pour sa fixation au moyen d'une butée de fixation de ski. Dans l'épaisseur de la semelle 2, parallèlement au plan de cette semelle, est formé un trou borgne 4 situé dans la moitié gauche de la chaussure, c'est-à-dire asymétriquement relativement à l'axe longitudinal médian X de la chaussure. Dans le trou 4 est logé un aimant permanent 5 retenu dans le trou par un bouchon 6 vissé dans le trou 4.
L'aimant permanent 5 peut être détecté purement magnétiquement en actionnant directement une pièce mobile en matériau ferromagnétique ou munie d'un aimant permanent.
L'aimant peut être disposé en un endroit de la semelle différent de l'endroit représenté. De manière générale, l'aimant sera positionné en fonction de la position de l'organe de la fixation devant le détecter.
La chaussure pourrait être équipée de plus d'un aimant, par exemple, dans le cas d'une chaussure de ski, d'un aimant à l'avant pour commander un élément de fixation avant et d'un second aimant à l'arrière pour commander un élément de fixation arrière.
En variante, l'aimant permanent 5 pourrait être remplacé par une pièce en matériau ferromagnétique ou ferrimagnétique coopérant avec un aimant permanent monté dans la fixation de ski, par exemple sur une pièce mobile de la fixation.

Claims (4)

  1. Chaussure destinée à coopérer avec un article de sport équipée de moyens d'identification gauche/droite (5) reconnaissables par des moyens de détection, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'identification sont constitués d'au moins une pièce en matériau magnétique (5) logée dans la semelle (2) asymétriquement relativement à l'axe longitudinal médian de la chaussure.
  2. Chaussure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce en matériau magnétique (5) est logée dans un trou (4) formé latéralement dans l'épaisseur de la semelle et fermé par un bouchon vissé (6).
  3. Chaussure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce en matériau magnétique est un aimant permanent.
  4. Chaussure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce en matériau magnétique est ferromagnétique.
