Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de commutation par pression (1) dans lequel un commutateur électrique (3) est activé lorsqu'une pression fluidique (P), régnant dans une chambre de pression de travail (34) agissant sur un diaphragme de commande (9), dépasse une valeur limite. Un actionneur (4) de commutateur, monté pivotant, présente une forme en T dont la jambe s'étend généralement le long de l'axe longitudinal du dispositif de commutation, lorsque la chambre de travail n'est pas alimentée en pression fluidique. Un ressort de compression (5), lorsqu'il est réglé, agit contre l'actionneur (4), modifiant ainsi la force de résistance agissant contre la pression fluidique (P) et donc réglant la valeur limite de la pression à laquelle le dispositif de commutation par pression répond. Le commutateur (3) et le ressort de compression (5) sont montés sur les côtés opposés de la jambe du T, constituant ainsi un agencement compact de dispositif de commutation. La jambe de l'actionneur en T comprend un segment de commande en porte-à-faux (40) pouvant être fléchi latéralement par une vis de réglage (52), aux fins de réglage de la position d'une portion de commande ou languette de commande (22) du commutateur (3) lorsqu'aucune pression fluidique n'est admise dans la chambre de pression de travail (34).
