Claims (14)

  1. Kleidungsstück (1) für die Nacht, das für bettnässende Kinder oder Kinder, die die Sauberkeit erlernen, oder inkontinente Personen, wiederverwendbar oder zum einmaligen Gebrauch bestimmt ist, des Typs, der eine undurchlässige Außenseite umfasst und innen mit einem durchlässigen Stoff versehen ist, der mit der Haut in Kontakt kommt, und mit Abdichtungsvorrichtungen, die aus Gummibändern oder einem elastischen Band bestehen, das es erlaubt, das Ausfließen von Urin nach außerhalb des Kleidungsstücks durch seine Enden zu verhindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kleidungsstück aus einem Stoff hergestellt ist, der die durchlässige Innenfläche (3) des Typs aus gewebtem Stoff, wie zum Beispiel Flanell, Frottee- oder gestricktem Stoff, wie zum Beispiel Jersey oder Vlies auf Baumwollfaserbasis oder synthetischen Stoffen oder ihren Gemischen definiert, so dass es kein Trockenhalten des Benutzers erlaubt und im Gegenteil das Gefühl, feucht zu sein verleiht, und dadurch, dass es Stücke absorbierender Bänder (5) umfasst, an der Innenfläche in der Nähe der Abdichtungsvorrichtungen (4) befindlich, die am Ende des Kleidungsstücks auf der Ebene der Taille und der Beine angeordnet sind.
  2. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gummiband oder die Reihe Gummibänder oder das elastische Band (4) zum Beispiel durch Nähen (11) in oder außerhalb eines Saums (10) des geformten dichten Stoffs an den Enden des Kleidungsstücks angeordnet ist.
  3. Kleidungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stoff aus mindestens zwei übereinander liegenden Schichten (2) (3) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die äußere Schicht (2) für Fluide undurchlässig und die innere Schicht (3) durchlässig ist.
  4. Kleidungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stoff aus einer einzigen Schicht besteht, die eine doppelte Fläche aufweist, eine für Fluide undurchlässige Außenfläche (2) und eine durchlässige Innenfläche (3).
  5. Kleidungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die undurchlässige Beschichtung (2) aus einem undurchlässig beschichteten Stoff hergestellt ist.
  6. Kleidungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die undurchlässige Beschichtung (2) aus einem geschmeidigen Polymerfilm hergestellt ist, wie zum Beispiel aus Polyethylen, PVC, Polyurethan, Kautschuk oder ihren Gemischen.
  7. Kleidungsstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stücke absorbierenden Materials (5), die an der Innenfläche des Kleidungsstücks in der Nähe der elastischen Abdichtvorrichtungen (4) angeordnet sind, zum Beispiel durch Kleben oder Klebebefestigung oder durch Kontakt befestigt sind.
  8. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es innen in der Nähe der elastischen Abdichtvorrichtung (4) durchlässige Umhüllungsmittel (6) des absorbierenden Bands oder der Stücke absorbierenden Materials (5) umfasst.
  9. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umhüllungsmittel des absorbierenden Bands oder der Stücke absorbierenden Materials (5) aus einem durchlässigen Umschlag (6) bestehen, der ständig auf einer Seite zum Beispiel durch Naht (11) mit dem durchlässigen Futter (3) allein oder auch mit dem dichten Material (2) verbunden ist und auf der anderen durch ein abnehmbares Befestigungsmittel (7), wie zum Beispiel durch Druckknöpfe, wobei der freie Rand in der Nähe der elastischen Abdichtvorrichtung (4) oder innerhalb der gegenüberliegenden Seite in Bezug auf das absorbierende Band (5) angeordnet ist.
  10. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umschlag (6) abnehmbar und an seinen zwei Seiten mit abnehmbaren Befestigungsmitteln (7), wie zum Beispiel mit Klettverschluss, Druckknöpfen, Knöpfen zum Befestigen am durchlässigen Material (3) allein oder auch am dichten Material (2) versehen ist.
  11. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umhüllungsmittel des absorbierenden Bands oder der Stücke absorbierenden Materials (5) aus einem doppelten Umschlag in Form von zwei Bändern (6) (6') bestehen, die so positioniert sind, dass sie sich über einen Teil ihrer Breite auf der Ebene ihres freien Rands überlappen, um einen abnehmbaren und dauerhaften, auf der Außenseite am durchlässigen Futter (3) allein oder auch am dichten Material (2) befestigten Verschluss zu bilden, um eine Hülle zu definieren, die sich im zentralen Teil auf der Ebene des freien Endes der beiden Bänder öffnet.
  12. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umhüllungsmittel des absorbierenden Bands oder der Stücke absorbierenden Materials (5) aus einer Hülle bestehen, die aus einem zurückgefalteten Band (9) besteht, das dauerhaft (11) auf dem dichten Futter (3) allein oder auch am dichten Material (2) auf einer Fläche befestigt und mit Befestigungsmitteln (7), wie zum Beispiel Klettverschluss, Knöpfen ... auf den freien Rändern der stationären und öffnenden Flächen entweder in der Nähe der dichten Verschlüsse (4) oder auf der den dichten Verschlüssen (4) gegenüberliegenden Seite, versehen ist.
  13. Kleidungsstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus Bahnen besteht, die untereinander dicht durch Schweißen oder Nähen verbunden sind.
  14. Kleidungsstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kleidungsstück vom Typ Hose, Bermuda oder Pyjama mit langer Hose ist.
