Claims (15)

  1. Procédé pour relier des plaquettes (14) en matière plastique munies de touffes de soies (16) avec des corps de brosses (10) réalisés en particulier dans la même matière plastique, au moyen de soudage par ultrasons, caractérisé en ce que sur un bord périphérique (14c) respectif de la plaquette (14), tourné vers le corps de brosse (10), est formée une arête (18) qui agit en tant que concentrateur d'énergie lors du soudage par ultrasons.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'arête (18) se rétrécit vers le corps de brosse (10).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de brosse (10) est pourvu d'un évidement (12) respectif dans lequel une plaquette (14) est insérée de manière ajustée.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce qu'à son extrémité rétrécie, l'arête (18) est en appui sur le fond de l'évidement (12) et la liaison par soudage est formée sur le fond de l'évidement (12).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que sur le bord périphérique (14c) de la plaquette (14) est formé un talon (14a) qui fait saillie au-delà de l'évidement (12) du corps de brosse (10).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le talon (14a) est mis en appui sur la surface du corps de brosse (10), qui entoure l'évidement (12).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le talon (14a) est pourvu d'une arête (14b) qui se rétrécit vers le corps de brosse (10) et qui agit en tant que concentrateur d'énergie lors du soudage par ultrasons.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le talon (14a) est inséré dans une élargissement en gradins de l'évidement (12) du corps de brosse (10).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le talon (14a) est réalisé de telle sorte qu'il fait saillie jusque dans une région de transition du corps de brosse (10), qui correspond à la partie de col d'une brosse à dents.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaquette (14) est pressée contre le corps de brosse (10) pendant le soudage par ultrasons.
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une fente qui reste entre la plaquette (14) et le corps de brosse (10) est fermée par une masse de matière plastique.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une fente qui reste entre la plaquette (14) et le corps de brosse (10) est fermée par enrobage dans un moule de moulage par injection.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie du corps de brosse (10) avec la plaquette (14) insérée dans celui-ci est introduite dans un moule de moulage par injection pour enrober au moins la région périphérique de la plaquette (14).
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaquette (14) est fixée sur le corps de brosse (10) par soudage par ultrasons en combinaison avec une liaison par collage.
  15. Procédé pour relier des plaquettes (14) en matière plastique munies de touffes de soies (16) avec des corps de brosses (10) réalisés en particulier dans la même matière plastique, caractérisé en ce que le corps de brosse (10) est pourvu d'un évidement (12) avec une paroi périphérique convergeant en oblique vers l'intérieur, en ce que la plaquette est pourvue d'une paroi périphérique adaptée seulement à la paroi périphérique de l'évidement (12) et est insérée avec ajustage dans l'évidement (12), et en ce que la plaquette (14) est fixée dans l'évidement (12) par soudage par ultrasons ou au moyen d'une colle.
