- the room air temperature is indirectly measured by means of the sensor 2 via the surface temperature t K of the cooler 8 and the correction factor. However, since after reaching the target temperature, the room air temperature can change more quickly than can be determined by the slowly following surface temperature on the cooler 8, the room air temperature must be checked again and again or at certain time intervals in this way by switching on the fan 3, so that the control unit 1 can measure the actual room temperature via the sensor 2.
- the advantageous features of the method described above are: Significantly less Loss of mass of the refrigerated goods due to reduced dehumidification of the cold room air. Clear Lower energy consumption and thus lower operating costs by using the Frosty ice crystals as energy storage for cooling the room air. This results in a improved efficiency of the air cooler, a shorter compressor run within the Cooling cycles and thus a longer service life (service life) of the compressor. Defrost intervals are suspended by the fan flow or the defrost cycles reduced.
- the described control of a refrigeration system is not only for cold stores and deep freezers applicable, but also for refrigerators and freezers, where the fan 3 appropriate fans are in operation and the cold air conveyed by the fan Corresponds to room air, the temperature of which is corrected via the correction factor by means of the cooler attached temperature sensor 2 is determined.
- Such refrigeration and freezer furniture used as sales islands and refrigerated counters in commercial refrigeration and the like. this applies also especially for air conditioning systems in the air conditioning area.
- the evaporator 9 can also be an air cooler, which is operated not with direct expansion, but with pumped refrigerants in the form of liquid solutions, such as NH 3 , or cold brine in dual-circuit refrigeration systems, or Flo Ice or in CO 2 systems.
- the solenoid valve 5 can also be in a manner known per se Compound refrigeration systems can be controlled, be it simultaneously with the control of the Compressor 4 or separately.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a control device for a refrigeration system, in particular for Cold rooms, as well as a method for controlling the cold room temperature.
It is known in a refrigeration system, by means of which the temperature in a cold room is kept at a predetermined value, to provide a sensor for determining the cold room temperature, which is usually arranged in the air inlet in front of the evaporator, and a sensor for determining the temperature of the cooler in the evaporator, which is generally arranged on the surface of the cooler. When designing a refrigeration system, a temperature difference Δt 1 in Kelvin is set between the desired cold room temperature and the evaporator temperature or the temperature at which the refrigerant evaporates. In the case of frozen goods, for example, a temperature difference Δt 1 of 10 K is specified in the design of the system, for cooling foods such as vegetables, for example, a Δt 1 of 7 K. The power calculation for the evaporator is carried out from this temperature difference, which is defined from the outset.
In such a refrigeration system, the sensor controls the cold room temperature via a Control unit a fan for the passage of air on the cooler and the cooling circuit z. B. the compressor, while the sensor on the cooler surface is the defrost end temperature for one Defrost heater and the like controls. After the end of the defrost, the compressor is the first switched on by the sensor for determining the cold room temperature and after reaching it a predetermined temperature by the sensor on the cooler surface of the fan Evaporator. In the cooling cycles that follow, the evaporator fan and the compressor is controlled again by the cold room temperature sensor.
The invention has for its object a temperature control of this type train that they have a simple structure the cold room temperature in a reliable manner holds at the specified setpoint.
This object is achieved by the features in

Aluminium bestehen.

A program provided in the
The correction value is determined as follows. For example, the refrigeration system should be designed for cooling vegetables to a cold room temperature of + 2 ° C. The refrigeration system must be designed by the system manufacturer in such a way that an evaporation temperature t 0 of -5 ° C is guaranteed for the setpoint of + 2 ° C, so that a Δt 1 of 7 K is established in practical operation. The Δt 1 is determined in a known manner as the difference between the air inlet temperature t L1 and the evaporation temperature t 0 . This is specified in the standards DIN 8955 and ENV 328 for determining the cooler performance. Experience shows that a certain evaporation temperature t 0 of the refrigerant in the evaporator is assigned a certain value of the surface temperature t K of the cooler in the evaporator. 3 schematically shows the relationship between the evaporation temperature t 0 of the coolant and the surface temperature t K of the cooler. Such a connection can e.g. B. in the form of a table in the
Aus dem eingestellten Δt1 ermittelt die Steuereinheit 1 dann den KorrekturwertFor example, while a setpoint of + 2 ° C and a correction value of 3 K is used to cool vegetables, a setpoint of -20 ° C is specified for the deep-freeze area, from which a value of Δt 1 = 10 K is used Correction value of 5 K results. The value of Δt 1 must be set on
FIG. 2 shows the temperature profile of the cold room temperature t L and the surface temperature t K at the cooler 8 over time, starting from a target value of the cold room temperature t L of + 2 ° C., as is provided, for example, for vegetables as refrigerated goods. Starting from a shutdown state of the refrigeration system, in which both the cooler surface temperature t K and the cold room temperature t L have a value above + 2 ° C, the
In Fig. 2 the tolerance range around the target temperature + 2 ° C is shown by dash-dotted lines above and below the target temperature. The
These cycles repeat until z. B. by icing on the cooler 8, a surface temperature t K is determined by the
The
Since the evaporator 9 represents a cold store and the surface temperature of the cooler 8 does not always reliably reproduce the cooling air temperature in the room via the correction factor, for example because the heat of the refrigerated goods rises due to transmission heat from the refrigerated goods, without this having an immediate effect on the surface temperature t K of the cooler 8, After a predetermined time after it has been determined by the
The room air temperature is indirectly measured by means of the
Verdichtereinschaltung aufgehoben.Characterized in that the fan 3 of the evaporator 9 is first switched on after the setpoint temperature has been reached when the
The advantageous features of the method described above are: Significantly less Loss of mass of the refrigerated goods due to reduced dehumidification of the cold room air.
Dies gilt
auch insbesondere für raumlufttechnische Anlagen im Klimabereich. The described control of a refrigeration system is not only for cold stores and deep freezers
applicable, but also for refrigerators and freezers, where the fan 3
appropriate fans are in operation and the cold air conveyed by the fan
Corresponds to room air, the temperature of which is corrected via the correction factor by means of the cooler

The described control of the room air temperature by means of a single sensor is not dependent on the refrigerants used in each case. Thus, the evaporator 9 can also be an air cooler, which is operated not with direct expansion, but with pumped refrigerants in the form of liquid solutions, such as NH 3 , or cold brine in dual-circuit refrigeration systems, or Flo Ice or in CO 2 systems.
By means of the
