Description

The invention relates to a drive for a floor care device, especially for a polisher, for rotating Driving a washer, taking the drive has a drive shaft by means of driving cams drives a take-away plate, which take-away plate via drive fingers on abutment of the care disc acts, the driving plate in the axial direction by a spring in the direction of the care disc is acted upon.

A drive for a floor care device in question Art is known, for example, from DE-A1 197 28 927, at which one or both sides with a care surface provided care discs are provided. These care discs become over one, by driving cams one Drive shaft driven entrainment plate dragged, with a spring in the axial direction on the takeaway plates to leave it in Direction on the care discs. The content the aforementioned patent application is hereby fully in the disclosure of the present invention included, also for the purpose, features of this patent application to be included in claims of the present invention.

In view of the prior art described above becomes a technical problem of the invention seen in it, a drive for a floor care device of the type in question in an advantageous manner.

This problem has been solved initially and essentially by the subject matter of claim 1, being thereon is turned off that the take-away plate also by a spring in the circumferential direction with regard to a System applied between drive finger and abutment is. As a result of this configuration is at a start of the drive a projection of the Care disc and a subsequent multiple strokes between driver or backdrop and care disc counteracted, because according to the invention by the spring acting in the circumferential direction always the drive finger of the drive plate in attachment to the abutment of the Care disc is pushed. So it does not happen a swinging of the care device on the care discs. By avoiding the impact of the Drive fingers against the abutment of the care discs is a quiet, shock-free run of the floor care device on the floor to be maintained regardless of the choice of the care surface on the care disc. Peak loads are cushioned by the care disc. A torsion spring element is preferably integrated, so that the backdrop or the take-away plate does not end of a twist path remains. This is a limited one Rotation of, for example, 90 ° of the drive plate provided on the drive shaft. When interpreting the spring acting in the circumferential direction is too transmitting torque essential. The torsion spring force is so large that the drive torque one or more care discs is collected, without the damping element reaching the stop and thus becomes ineffective. Disc torque measurements gave an exemplary load of 0.3 to 1.2 of the nominal output torque of the motor-gear unit. Around to achieve a corresponding counterforce from the spring, according to the invention the suspension of the same was so chosen that a torsional preload of about that 0.3 to 0.6, preferably 0.4 times the drive torque is at rest and the spring torque at the load stop 1 to 1.5 times, preferably 1.2 times the drive torque exceeds. To be simple and reliable To ensure assembly, the spring is preferred axially inserted on the drive shaft or cross shaft and mainly tangential hooks or the like on the backdrop or on the take-away plate locked. The take-away plate is by rotation about 40 to 60 °, preferably 50 ° brought to bias and locked onto the drive shaft. In a preferred one Design of the subject of the invention is for Component minimization provided that the same spring Driving plate both in the axial direction and in Applied circumferential direction. To be particularly advantageous it turns out that the spring is a spiral spring is. In this regard, it is further proposed that the ends of the coil spring at one end on the Drive shaft and other ends rotatably on the drive plate are connected. Finally it turns out as advantageous that four drive fingers and four Abutment provided in an even distribution are, so that by the spring-assisted rotatability of the drive plate on the cross shaft or the drive shaft around 90 ° always a system between Drive finger and abutment of the care disc is.

Is shown and described initially with reference to 1 is a floor care device 1 in the form of a floor polisher, which three, a device base 2 essentially penetrating care discs 3.

Each care disc 3 has a circular plan, plate-like base support 4, on its edge a circumferential toothing 5 is formed. In the middle the base support 4 is provided with a hub 6, which the latter is on both sides of the base support 4 in the axial direction extends.

In the hub 6 is one side of the one or Care disc provided on both sides with a care coating 7 3 assigned a centrally formed support formation 8 formed. This is opposite a hub face arranged sunk.

In the hub 6 is based on the hub face in front of each support formation 8 is a centering or Insertion recess 9 coaxially shaped. Both the Support formation 8 as well as the centering recess 9 are approximately hemispherical, the Centering recess 9 with respect to the radius of the Support formation 8 has an enlarged diameter.

Furthermore, the care disc 3 has abutments on both sides 10 for a drive shaft of the floor care device 1 on. These are in shape on both sides of the base support 4 formed by radial vanes. As shown, will preferred, four arranged in an angular distribution Provide abutment 10.

Each abutment 10 extends in the axial direction from the base support 4, which is thinner in the hub area is as in the outer area that supports the covering, to the level of the hub face.

Auf der, der Beaufschlagungsseite abgewandten Rückfläche ist jedes Widerlager 10 mit Stützrippen 11 versehen (vergl. hierzu Fig. 3).On the back surface facing away from the loading side each abutment 10 is provided with support ribs 11 (cf. Fig. 3).

The care disc provided with the reference number 3 in FIG. 1 is via a drive shaft of the floor care device 1 driven. The two other care discs 3 'are by means of the peripheral teeth 5 of the main drive pulley 3 driven directly. It is however, a solution is also conceivable in which a care disc 3 'is actively driven, the care disc 3 directly over this and the other care disc 3 'driven indirectly via the care disc 3 becomes. It is also conceivable for the individual care discs 3 or 3 'to form the circumference without driving elements and drive each one directly.

The drive shaft 12 shown in FIG. 3 is at the end with a non-rotatably connected support finger 13 provided. The latter is hemispherical at the end formed, the 13 about this support finger Vertical force from the floor care device 1 via the support formation 8 of the hub 6 introduced into the care disc 3 becomes.

The support finger also shown schematically in FIG. 4 13 has two diametrically opposed, radially protruding driving cams 14.

Such a support finger 13 serves at the same time for the non-directly driven care discs 3 'for centering the same, these support fingers 13 arranged on non-driven centering shafts are.

To form a drive unit as shown in FIG. 3 a carrier plate 15 is also provided, which has a central opening 16 for passage of the support finger 13, of which opening 16 two diametrically opposite, radially outward pointing in the circumferential direction by approximately 90 ° Take out slots 17. After merging of support finger 13 and driving plate 15 occur Driving cams 14 in the area of the driving slots 17 to take the driving plate 15 with it.

On the underside, the drive plate 15 has four, in drive fingers arranged in an even distribution 18, to take the care discs 3, 3 'in the area their abutments 10.

The driving plate 15 is supported by a spring 19 in Form of a coil spring on the drive shaft 12 from axial loading of the driving plate 15 in the direction on the care discs 3, 3 '.

With this configuration, the driving plate 15 is in vertically movable on the support finger 13 supported.

The ends of the spring 19 are non-rotatably on the one Drive shaft 12 and other ends rotatably on the drive plate 15 connected, whereby the driving plate 15th in addition to the application in the axial direction at the same time is spring loaded in the circumferential direction.

As a result of the double function of the spring, in particular the Actuation of the drive plate in the circumferential direction the latter remains after switching off the device do not stand at the end of the twist path. Rather it will the driving plate 15 always spring-assisted in one Position between drive finger 18 of the drive plate 15 and abutment 10 of the care discs 3, 3 ' pushed by the circular section-shaped training of the driving cams 14 of the drive shaft 12 penetrated slots 17 of the driving plate 15 is possible. This is a simple way Swinging the device 1 onto the care discs 3 counteracted, which rocking when standing The drives known in technology result from the fact that the driven disc is not exactly at the driver stop is present and thus when the device is switched on a violent impact on the pane caused becomes. The impulse leads to an unwanted one Projecting the disc and subsequent multiple Stops between the driver stop and the disc, resulting in increased wear and early failure of both Parts leads.

This makes installation simple and reliable given that the spring 19 axially on the drive shaft 12 inserted and mainly tangential Hook on the driving plate 15 is locked. The latter is preloaded by turning it by about 50 ° and locked on the drive shaft 12.

As a result of the configuration according to the invention Load peaks cushioned by the care discs 3, with what the device 1 runs smoothly on all floors all care discs or disc coverings guaranteed is.
