Claims (18)
- Emballage destiné à délivrer un produit alimentaire, comportant un récipient externe (1) pourvu d'un corps autoportant (10), ainsi qu'un récipient interne (2) logé dans le récipient externe (1), le récipient interne (2) étant déformable de manière à en faire varier le volume, l'emballage comportant également un élément (4) de fourniture du produit, caractérisé en ce que le corps (10) du récipient externe (1) présente au moins une ouverture (5), notamment une fente, permettant le passage d'au moins un doigt d'un consommateur de sorte que celui-ci soit à même, en comprimant axialement à l'aide d'au moins ledit doigt le récipient interne (2), d'obtenir une expulsion correspondante du produit alimentaire (6) par l'élément de fourniture de produit (4), en vue de sa consommation.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture (5) débouche à une partie inférieure (19) du corps (10) du récipient externe (1).
- Emballage selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps (10) du récipient externe (1) est au moins en partie dépourvu de fond.
- Emballage selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fourniture du produit est un bec (4) pourvu d'une ouverture (41).
- Emballage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le bec (4) est cylindrique, tronconique, ou bien à section elliptique.
- Emballage selon une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le bec (46 - 48, 56, 57) est escamotable ou rétractable.
- Emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le bec (46 - 48, 46" - 48") est articulé de manière à être déployé à l'extérieur de l'emballage lors d'une mise en pression du récipient interne déformable (2) par au moins un doigt d'un consommateur.
- Emballage selon une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le bec (4) présente un élément d'obturation (9, 43) formant témoin d'inviolabilité.
- Emballage selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps autoportant (10) du récipient externe (1) est surmonté d'un couvercle (3).
- Emballage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (3) comporte ledit élément de fourniture de produit (4).
- Emballage selon une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (3) présente au moins une région en creux (8) servant d'appui à au moins un doigt d'un consommateur.
- Emballage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une dite région en creux (8) est située à proximité d'un région du couvercle (7) à l'aplomb de laquelle est ménagée une dite fente (5) du corps (10) du récipient externe (1).
- Emballage selon une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (3) et le corps autoportant (10) présentent un rebord périphérique (32, 12) emprisonnant un bord périphérique (22) du récipient interne (2).
- Emballage selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage est réalisé par encliquetage (14', 24', 34')du couvercle (3) le récipient interne (2) et sur le corps autoportant (10), et thermoscellage.
- Emballage selon la revendication 13, , caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage entre les rebords périphériques (12, 32) du couvercle (3) et du corps autoportant (10), et le bord périphérique (22) du récipient interne (1) est réalisé par soudure à chaud ou par ultrasons.
- Emballage selon une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (3) présente un bord périphérique (32) soudé sur un bord périphérique (12) du corps autoportant (10), alors que le récipient interne (1) est soudé sur un rebord interne (12') du corps autoportant (10).
- Emballage selon une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le récipient externe (1) et le récipient interne (2) forment une seule pièce injectée ou thermoformée.
- Emballage selon une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (3) et le récipient interne (2) forment une seule pièce, injectée et soufflée par soufflage bi-orienté.
